Super cute! But didn’t quite fit ????

Height: 5’8” (longer waist/arms) Boost shape: Triangle/pear, slightly broad shoulders Size purchased: Large The fabric feels great and the pockets are stellar, so I was pretty excited to try this on right away! The front has a working button (rather than a stabilizing button) on the inside flap, but also a side zipper as there’s no way to fully undo the wrap. The first thing I noticed was just how high the front slit ended up being. It was 2” from showing my hip bone, when I was standing still. I love it for someone, but I’m not going to have enough opportunity to wear it. The slit probably would have been fine if it hadn’t been overly exaggerated by my hips, and I frankly couldn’t have sized up without some serious tailoring to the waist, shoulders, and moving the zipper. The shoulders fit great and the arm length was correct, which is so hard to find. But, it’s not enough to keep it.

Cute Pattern But Too Small

I loved the pattern on this but it was too small. Definitely size up!

Not true to size

The top gaped open, you will need to wear a shirt underneath or get creative with pins. The slit in the front also gapes open but not on the side like the picture shows, right in the front. It was very tight under the chest and arms and you have to put it on over your head, no zipper or buttons. Very awkward.

The Fit was Off For Me

I wanted to love this dress so much! I bought matching shoes and a new white purse to match the brown printed dress. Problem number 1, I purchased a small and could slide into it. I pulled it on over my head and saw the fabric wrinkle immediately. The front did not wrap tight so it hung low. It was just all off because it was tight in the waist, big on top, the split was high in front and the sleeves needed to be unbuttoned for me to take the dress off over my head. What a mess! Too bad, so sad because I loved the print and wanted to support the designers.????
