Very well made wrench

This is a review of the Tekton fully polished 1 1/16 in combination wrench. Many reviews of wrenches on Facebook indicate Tekton is becoming the go to wrench for durability and ease of warranty replacement by mechanics. The wrench is fully polished. The markings are uniform in depth. The box end is well formed. I have a similar wrench labeled as a professional wrench made in the USA 20 years ago. This wrench looks just as good.

What’s to review, really? The size was correct, the steel is strong, and there are no sharp edges where they will hurt your hand. I like Tekton products, and have come to prefer them. Would buy again.

It’s a wrench use it to loosen and tighten nuts and bolts

I have a set of these stubby wrenches. I lost the 16mm wrench. Bought this one to replace it. I was glad I could just purchase the one wrench and didn’t have to buy a whole set again.

No extra lenght, just a regular lenght wrench, dont bother.

Don't be fooled by the extended handle mention in the description, this is a regular length wrench, the same I could have got immediately at Canadian Tire for about 15$, a Mastercraft wrench lifetime warrantied, which equals the price of this Tekton including the shipping fee...Not impressed by that at all, that's the whole reason why I bought that wrench. At least with the Mastercraft, if a craftsmanship weakness or other issue like that cause the wrench to break, I can just go to any Canadian tire location and get an exchange on the spot. With this Tekton wrench, I assume I have to pay shipping and send it back to where it came from and wait for the new wrench to come in. Only two good things about this wrench, the weight suggest it is a heavy duty wrench like any other good wrench and the chromium coating is legit, other than that its not an extra long handle like I thought it was, its just a regular wrench. I was expecting it to be at least 1 to 3 inches longer than it is, big downer. Due to its length, I will rely on the old trick of intermeshing 2 wrenches together to make a longer one and get the torque I need. It will officially be tested this week, hopefully this thing wont break, that would be the cherry on the sunday...save yourself time and warranty convenience if you need a regular length wrench and go to Canadian Tire or if you need an actual extra length wrench order from a specialized shop or get more info from Amazon's seller before being fooled by an "extra length" mention on the description.

Small, Light weight and Durable

Wanted a smaller 15mm wrench I could carry in a hydration pack for people who still ride bikes offroad with threaded axel wheels. This arrived promptly and is surprisingly light weight. It is short so you won't have enough leverage to free really stubborn axel nuts, however you can easily wedge a thick stick into the 12 point side of the wrench to provide extra torque
