Great Beginner Chair Routine

I recently acquired a stability chair after taking reformer classes for 4 years, so I needed instructions to do a full workout at home. This is a great beginner workout. I like to do 10-12 reps instead of the 8 that they show, but not a problem once you learn the routine. Only complaint I have is that they don't tell you the spring positions for the first exercise - had to stop and took closely at the inside of the chairs on the DVD to figure it out. After that, they do a nice job of explaining spring positions, split pedal, etc - still, I ended up making my own chart.
