LOVE this!

I absolutely love this baking dish. I bought it after using one at a friend’s house to make baked brie and I use it all the time to make or re-heat meals (chicken, rice…). The small 6”x7.5” fits perfectly in my toaster oven (which cooks better than my oven for small 1-2 portion quantities of food), and the handles make it easy to remove from the oven and to hold on while cleaning. It’s cleans up easily and perfectly with a little soap and water looking like new. I’m not heating food in the microwave anymore because it tastes so much better warmed in this. Considering buying the larger sizes because I’m loving this so much. WARNING: I think it can crack if it moves from one temperature extreme to another too quickly — so follow the instructions that come with it: don’t add cold liquid/food to a hot dish; for freezer to oven put in cold oven so dish is heated at same time as oven. When I take it out of the oven, I put it on a dish towel rather than the cold marble counter.

Prety but Smaller than a Dinner Plate

I thought I was going to get to use this cassrole dish for Christmas dinner for baked greenbean dish. WRONG It is soooooo small I'm going to be using it for oilives on the Christmas table. IT'S A JOKE AND COST A LOT.
