Folds up tight

Love the way it folds up and fastens so it doesn’t open up like a life East when you’re half way up the stairs! Very compact folded but opens up to a generous size when open. The only thing I wish is that the rear wheels were configured so they had the brakes on the inside of the wheels as they tend to catch on the door frames. I’m going to try the tennis balls usually used as walker gliders over the 3 pronged knobs on the legs and see if that works. If anyone has a solution please post. Otherwise it’s a great rollator.

Excellent Safe Reliable Highly Recommend!!!

I had a shattered pelvis, and a full hip replacement from a car accident. This four wheeled walker was and remains a key instrument in my continued mobility and recovery! I am able to take a full stride when walking, compared to short strides made when using a traditional style of walker. The full range of motion helps my leg muscles continue to heal and increase my range of motion from better leg movement. For those concerned about weight limits and the durability I can assure you that it is extremely stable and strong! It rolls along very smoothly no matter what surface it is on. The brakes are excellent and I’m very glad they are on this unit. When sitting in a chair I simply lock the brakes and it allows me to stand up safely and effortlessly. When I am in the kitchen I can hold the brake while stopping quickly then continue on. The brakes are easy to operate. Push down to lock, squeeze the brakes for a temporary stop. I am 5’2” so I ordered the small unit. After using this wheeled walker for a week I was already standing up straighter than when I used the traditional walker, and asked my husband to drill an extra hole in the handles so I could raise them up one more inch. This allows me to stand up even straighter. I’m sure this modification is not advised for safety , but made all the difference for me. One of the features that has made having limited mobility better is the seat and under storage net/basket. Using a flat silicone jar opener I lay it on the seat and am able to set a plate/bowl of food or hot beverage on the seat. This allows me to safely walk with both hands on the walker. I also use the top organizer/soft caddy to put my water cup in and phone or any other items. It allows me to easily fill my drink and go to and from with my cup. This unit makes transferring to a vehicle easy as it folds and does not take up space. I lock it with the handy straps and clips, after getting into the vehicle I lift the walker into my vehicle and set it in the floorboard. I am having foot surgery soon and the seat will allow me to move around safely for short distances placing my knee on the seat without purchasing a separate mobility device. There is one screw in the center of the unit where the supports cross that comes loose that I frequently tighten. I believe this is because I fold my unit many times daily. I just tighten it about twice a month and go about my day. The unit has welds where the supports connect. I don’t anticipate needing to purchase this unit again because it is such a great quality unit, but if I needed to, I would purchase this unit without a second thought! I highly recommend this product to everyone! It has made all the difference in my recovery!

Awesome that it can go through narrow spaces

I have MS and I am so grateful for this amazing rollator. It is the only one that can go through narrow spaces, even while I am pushing it (if you are extremely unstable, it's best to not lean on it when folded, as it's obviously more sturdy while not folded, but it works safely for me--I have some light balance issues and weakness in my legs). For example, I have been able to push this onto an airplane, which allowed me to avoid leaning on everybody's seats as I go by, and then I just put it in the overhead compartment. Well made!

Make no mistake

This is not light weight and portable as advertised. Sturdy but weighs more than listed and I challenge you to get in an overhead airline bin. Pink color nice and the carrier compartments convenient. I bought for portability . It is no way portable hence I could not give 5 stars.

Short was too short in the handles for a petite 4'10" patient

I guess the product description has changed since I ordered - or I didn't read it carefully when ordering, but I was searching for a petite, light rollator that wasn't bariatric. This was extremely, almost pediatric small. I assumed that for a person 4'10" the shorter version of this model would prevent the feet losing contact with the ground when seated, which for some rollators has been an issue for them. Unfortunately, while the seat was sufficiently low, the handles at full extension did not come up high enough to prevent stooping for this tiny individual. Also, this person had become used to a full solid square padded seat with a big compartment beneath, and felt this model's narrow "separate cheek perches" seat style did not allow them to shift back far enough to sit comfortably. It may prove a challenging seat design for someone with less coordination to perch on it for longer moments. We opened the box, tried to fit it to the patient, and placed it right back in the box for return. I guess we need something with a more comfortable seat for more sitting; and the portability is less important as this patient ages into less mobility overall. Otherwise, we didn't give it enough use to say whether it was of good sturdy quality. Seemed fine and definitely folds up like an umbrella stroller!

What a help!

I love this! I already have a Stander regular walker which is great. Has the wheels on front, pouch, lightweight and easy to open/close. Was needing a rollator to leave in the car. Checked many different ones but was dissatisfied with the selection and prices. Then decided to see if Stander made them. Don’t know why I didn’t check right off since I’m so pleased with the one I have. It’s perfect, identical to the one I have but with the additional features I need and a reasonable price. The seat is not meant to provide seating for an extended amount of time as it is sturdy and not soft. It is certainly exceptional for the purpose of taking a break to rest. Easy to open/close, lightweight, has the pouch. I especially like that the “basket” below the seat is mesh with a close weave so nothing slips through and is accessible from the walking position. Many I looked at had to be accessed by a zipper in the front requiring you to go to the front. My original is blue and this one is rose pink. Really attractive. Brakes work really well. The only thing to be careful about is the size…there is a choice of short or tall. I’m 5’2” and chose the short which is almost too short but that may be that my other one must be a tall and I’m used to it. All in all it’s perfect!

A Beneficial Purchase

I like the sturdiness and compact quality of this rollator, the fact that it occupies so little space. Yesterday, for the first time, I used it on my local bus, met a friend and we had a two mile walk. The rollator is almost what I had imagined. The fairly comfortable perch seat is also very useful. Tomorrow I shall use it for a hospital visit, to an excellent place, but user-hostile. I shall feel safer with this rollator than I had previously felt using my two elbow crutches, mincing along endless corridors. However, I had hoped for a vehicle that I would be able to lift up more easily. If I ever am able to fly again, someone would need to help me with placing it in an overhead luggage compartment. All in all, I am very grateful for this clever device.

Freedom!

As i live in a second floor flat and have a spinal injury it folds so it can rest on a single step when i am going up or down. Also if i need to it has a seat and a basket which makes shopping so much easier its made a world of difference and allows me to get out and about

used as easy to push / lift / carry can push along when closed so great for using in small areas can sit it in the front passenger seat with passenger seated. fits on supermarket scooter and trolley ( we just get a bungee cord to stop swing ) , but nothing else is as easy as this. this is given a 10 out of 10 or 109% re easy use and value

Brilliant

This walking aid is not the cheapest but worth every penny, it folds beautifully, very well thought out and very strong. The only negative I have is that there is no way of claiming back the VAT as stated, but perhaps i’v missed something

Lightweight And So Easy To Manage!

I like the compact way this rollator folds up which makes lifting it into a car boot easier for the elderly and disabled. I feel very happy with my choice as I am more confident now after walking with a stick for several years!
