Very pleased!

This was easy to install and the instructions were very clear. Buyer beware: you do need to cut a metal pipe to install this item, per the instructions (so need more than just a wrench and some plumbing tape). Luckily I was equipped to handle this, so no issues. Other than that, it was super easy and straightforward! Looks great to boot. The shower heads are definitely plastic, so there's that, but to be expected for the cost. The handheld shower also does squeak, as mentioned in the other reviews, but haven't had a chance to try the fix suggested by others - I have high hopes though. Lastly, I did not screw in the bottom attachment piece as I was worried about breaking the tile. I secured it using a robust 3M double-sided tape instead - will report back on how this solution holds up. Overall, highly recommended!!

No Faucet

I would expect when you pay this much for a set that a faucet will come with it. So if you expect a faucet this is not for you

Great value and quality for the price!

Love this for the quality the modern look and how substantial it feels for the price! Only downside is the water pressure could be stronger! Over all super happy with this!

Looks great. Not the easiest install. Quality control issues

I'm happy I got everything installed but it wasn't as straight forward as I was hoping for. First, the part which attaches directly to your water line seems like its made out of soft copper. If your water line is recessed into your wall even a little bit, you won't be able to tighten this part down. I used a vice grip which deformed the copper pipe. I did my best to straighten it out afterwards. Second, the part which attaches directly to the copper pipe is not screwed on. It just slides on and fastened down with little screws. If that part leaks, I won't be able to see it because it is recessed into the wall. Ill have to monitor it with a scope for the next few days. Lastly the bottom part, which attaches to the wall, was way to too big (see pic). I was definitely sent a wrong part. Had to use silicone for now. Hope it holds On the bright side, the unit looks great. The base is made out of metal and feels solid. The shower heads on the other hand are plastic which was kinda disappointing. But i understand they have to cut costs somewhere. Worth a shot but make sure its returnable if it doesn't work out for you

Easy to install and perfect for minimal clearance between an existing shower head and the ceiling. Hand spray head is also good with 3 settings. Another product I bought has a wide spray.

Very good product.

I was really satisfied from the beginning, the box was very well made and everything inside was protected by soft material. Very good quality of the shower in every part of it, the vertical bar is really sturdy and the chrome plating is really A+++ The instructions are very clear and understandable. It is quite easy to install if you have a little bit of skills regarding little works at home. It is very important when you will cut the pipe in copper following the instructions, that you will not make any dent on the external part of it because it is where the O-ring will work and dents could become reason for leakage.

Looks very nice, functions ok

Pros: Looks very nice and price is reasonable, not too difficult to install. Cons: sealed to the water line with just a single o ring, if it ever were to leak the water would spray back into the wall, potentially without even noticing it. I would recommend a small amount of silicone applied around the tube perimiter before installation to hopefully avoid this future problem. When using handheld shower, it (I assume the changeover valve) makes an annoying whining noise) The rainshower head, although it feels nice, uses imo far too much water. It probably uses about twice as much water as a similar moen product which means running out of hot water faster and more energy consumption. I would recommend installing a flow reducer valve to the shower head to remedy this, it still let's through lots of water and is adjustable, worth the extra 15 bucks if you purchase this product.

Very nice but wrong size mounting bracket

This is a very nice replacement shower head with wand for a shower that is already plumbed with a single diverter valve. The unit is solid and feels like it should last. Be aware it is heavy and the lower mounting bracket that secures the bar to the wall should be screwed in rather than "surface" mounted with glue (or something else). However the bracket we receieve was much longer than the instructions indicated it should be so the cover did not hide the screws (see picture). Lucily my husband is a mechanic and had all the tools to cut and drill new holes in the metal bracket to make it work. Most customers will not be able to do this.

Very impressed

Upgraded the builder grade shower head with this and I’m very happy with the results. Installation was very straightforward and not complicated at all. Finish matches perfectly with the other finishes I have already have in the bathroom. And the price was really good compared to others available locally
