Extremely comfy right out of the box

I just received these today and put them on. It is really like walking on clouds. So far, so GREAT. My concern will be how they hold up over time. I do also have inserts but for now, I am not using them. However it is possible to put them into the shoe if needed by removing the lining - I've done this with a number of my other shoes. If these work I will be thrilled because I'm tired of paying so much for walking shoes ($ 150.00) a pop. It is just unreasonable. Fingers crossed and will update. Follow up (a week later): I still like these shoes and will wear them around the house and for errands. But I won't walk miles in them. They don't have enough support for that - even with insoles. But they are very comfortable for daily use. What I will do is to wear them instead of walking shoes for much of the time, which will save my good walking shoes.

these shoes are a genuine lifesaver. i work at disney world and so i’m on my feet for 8-12 hours a day walking, standing, etc. when i first started back here i was coming from a sedentary job and so the pain was horrific. i had horrible shoes and every day i literally would cry out in pain bc it hurt so bad to even move. i am 20 years old and couldn’t hardly stand or walk more than a few feet. i get these shoes and i feel so much better at work. my feet don’t hurt nearly as much, so in turn neither do my hips or knees. i’m finally starting to feel like myself again.

Runs Large

I ordered same size I have ordered in past for similar Sketcher shoe. This shoe ran large to the point of feeling like my foot is coming out of shoe. I probably should have returned but I had discarded packaging prior to really trying to wear, I will porbably have to place inserts in shoe to wear this summer,

I now have these in four colors.

These are my go to walking shoes for around the neighborhood first thing in the morning. No need to struggle with tying these with a knee that doesn't bend as it use to. I keep up with my adult son in complete comfort. I have black, navy, white and pink. Any chance of purple coming?

Ideal for me

I have bought many Sketchers brand shoes over the past several years, and they continue to be better with each pair I buy. This walking shoe runs large for me, as I had to return them for a half size down. The return was easy and convenient. I love the “Joy” style, and especially the new colors and patterns offered. The colors are as shown on line, and the comfort and support are great. I don’t use these for working out, preferring a lace-up Sketchers style, but love these for looks, style and comfort in a casual shoe.

The cushioning is terrific

I'm so glad I got these. These are my first pair of Skechers, and the cushioning is so good that I don't think I'll have to add extra insoles. The arch support is the only issue, but I think it's temporary. I have flat feet, so any arch support makes itself known quickly. The arch support doesn't hurt, but I do feel something there. I think that's just a matter of breaking in the shoes and getting used to them, though, as already the arch support isn't as noticeable. Another reviewer mentioned that these were squeaky on hard floors, and they are. But that doesn't seem too loud.

Support/comfort

I have wide feet. These are a bit too narrow. But, shoes feel good otherwise. I have to return unfortunately, because of width. Good support, not great support. Just depends on your personal foot issues, or not. Dark purple color is perfect!

Walking on air

I walk my dogs miles every day, and this is the most comfortable shoes ever. The fit is amazing and you couldn’t ask for a better walking shoes. The ease of putting it on and the fact of no laces is a plus in my book.

Nice shoe, however almost a whole size too large

I love Skechers brand, great quality and comfort, however not all styles fit the same per size on label. In this case it fit more like a an 8 rather than the true fit size 7 I was expecting, I had ordered two pairs by accident instead of one pair (had a load of stuff in the order so over looked the extra £s). Sent one pair back under the "too large" not fitting to size. the other pair I wear with extra thick socks, fine around the house, however on longer journeys shoes that are too tight or too loose can cause other problems so I would recommend purchasing a few different Skechers at the same time just incase one style fits better than other. The quality and performance are always there and for working people who are allowed to wear a more casual style black shoe, they are still my go to brand

Bad way of delivering the package.

The package arrived torn , damaged and wet . Thank God the inside box and the shoes didnt get damaged. Rather than that the shoe is in good condition and fit well , comfy and looking nice
