Ultra fine point
These are the best ultra fine point pens I can find. Most others say they are, but end up nowhere near as fine as these. My favorite pens that I've come across so far.

Not worth the money
These pens arrived super dry, they are not smooth. Not worth the money.

They write
What can I say, they write on things.

Super fine point, doesn’t bleed through, nice true black ink
If you like super fine point pens that don’t bleed through, skip, or leave uneven blobs of ink on the page, this is the pen for you! Totally satisfied. I mostly use these rather than the sharpie brand fine point felt tip pens now because those pens’ caps NEVER stay on the top end of the pen when I’m writing; these have no cap, so that annoyance isn’t a factor.

I'm so glad I found these!
I have been a loyal G2 pen user for years. I bought these on a whim and fell in love with them. They are very smooth, I LOVE how fine the tip is. Writing for a long time doesn't result in hand fatigue!

They Bleed More Than Expected
Sharpie is a well-known brand manufacturer of quality permanent marking tools. These pens are great for labeling smaller items, but they tend to bleed when writing on Timor River paper. Otherwise, they’re fantastic. Just be mindful that they may bleed on some more absorbent surfaces and will result in more broad strokes/marks. Text will appear more like a .50 pen. They are excellent pens nonetheless.

I'm in love!
Okay, maybe not "in love", but I do LOVE these pens! I'm pretty fussy about pens as I find that my writing can change drastically, depending on the pen/pencil I'm using. These are absolutely lovely. I'm left-handed, so I'm use to ink and pencil being smudged as my hand slides across it, but so far, I haven't had a single smudge from this pen. One minor thing, not really as "issue" but something to note if this could bother you: when it's moving over the paper, the point of the pen is "grabby" and feels as if it's scratching on the paper. It's not really a smooth pen, but so far, I haven't had any real issues and the scratching isn't something that's actually causing a problem.

Top tier excellent pens
The best pens, hands down, for everyday writing. The fine point is much more smudge-resistant than the 0.7s I’d been using before I got these. They don’t bleed through (subject to paper quality but even then, not bad), they’re comfortable and I don’t get hand fatigue writing with them at length. The only downside is that they (and all the sharpie s-gels) end up becoming useless before completely running out of ink, though I do get a long life out of each pen. Overall, excellent, would (and have) recommend(ed).

My new favourite
As a medical student working in a hospital with paper charts I spend a large portion of my day writing. I am a notorious pen snob, previously I was using Muji pens. While they write very smoothly their thin barrel results in hand fatigue by the end of the day. These pens have become my new favourite - they write wonderfully, very smooth and bold lines, and as a bonus they have a comfortable grip that makes writing a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Terrible pens
These pens are just unusable. I read reviews saying the pens are scratchy but I'm okay with that as long as the ink flows continuously. The ink does not flow!! The pen worked for maybe 2 pages of writing and then stopped working completely, couldn't write a letter without skipping ink. So annoying and it's a pack of 4... What am I supposed to do with the rest? The only thing good about these pens is the outside body, it has a nice smooth surface and is light weight. Looks really nice. I ended up buying a 12 pack of muji pens (0.35 tip) and they are AMAZING. Everything I wanted in a pen, I can write for pages and pages without any skipping, no interruption or stopping. And those were cheaper than these pens!

Disappointed
These pens were big disappointment to me ! I originally purchased this exact pen in 0.5mm. It was very smooth and didn’t smudge or fade under eraser. It was a bit too thick for me which is why I purchased the 0.38mm. While it does provide a thinner line the pens skips often and is not merely as smooth as the 0.5mm. Maybe it is just the box I received but be wary!
