This review is based on an actual adjustment i made to the product so bare with me... first i did use it in action without cutting it. It is a soft product so of course if you don't fill out the whole 9 inches (yes 9) then its gonna be flimsy at the top. So you can apply lube (preferably water based to the inside and and of course depending on tightness you will feel it a bit. The head is big and bulbous my girl told me she could feel it. Now depending on your partner... full insertion many not be taken so be gentle and take your time. I actually customized mine and this is where the performance took off.....Firstly i cut about a 1/2 -3/4 inch off the base.... Then! i cut a dime size hole in the extender to slip my testes thru. The material is soft pliable and will stretch enough just make sure if you do do this do it at the base about a 1/2-1 inch away from the base. There are many extension products on amazon that you can research to understand what im describing with out the hole in the base id actually rate this about a 3 stars. When you put it on will take little work but it will be worth and also practice a couple of times to reduce the time if you are ever in a crunch. 1. Ok put on firstly you want to apply some WATER based lube to yourself... and some inside your extender.... 2. next slip your testes inside the dime sized hole you cut out ! AT A TIME!!! you dont wnt to tear it or hurt yourself! 3. NOW this is important... Next squeeze the tip of your extender you dont want any of the "air" to stay in at all 4. Now insert yourself into the extender still squeezing. 5. When you get about 3-4 inches inside release the head and slide all the way in. What you just did was create a suction to "guide" you in and the dime size hole now acts like a strap that holds on to you!. If you want to use the whole 9... well you can just cut the hole in the base to stay secure you could even put like something at the tip to fill the difference a cork or some toilet paper or a small egg vibrator inside and be really creative. again it is soft and comfortable.... My girl has really come to enjoy it. keep in mind the size is without you in it so though the length is at 9 inches it will when you insert yourself you will stretch the with about 3 inches more than what you actually are. So why 4 stars only after the adjustment... Well i did have to figure it out to enhance it and make the adjustments... Another thing that could of thrown me over the top is there were "nubs" or "ribs" on the inside that i could of felt. I could feel the tightness and sliding through but honestly this is made more for her pleasure with more creativity it could of been more of a mutual concept which would of been the only one of its kind on the market. So that's why 4 instead of 5 stars. Lastly ladies if you have another toy and it has good vibration and you wish it was bigger BINGO! lube it and slip it over and Wa La! in case you are wondering as well I am no means a "under performer" im 6.5 inches 5.5 around. Lastly it doesnt stink and came packaged very discreet... only use with water based lube it is silicon also for storage i reccomend placing it in a tube sock. We do this with all toys it keeps them from melting they last much longer.

Really Large, yet natural feeling.
Have purchased the Fat Jack and Tommy Gun penis extenders in the past. Both are superior in the size and realistic (material used) "feel" category, but both are lacking. Noted this girth enhancer and wanted to give it a try. While this sleeve is slightly larger than the other two sleeves mentioned, it does seem to be manufactured with the same soft, natural-feeling material. Pros: - Really Large. This will fulfill your fantasies of being larger than any well-endowed Porn star, ...and is sure to more that satisfy any "Size Queen". My wife is able to take it all after plenty for foreplay and a lot of Astroglide lubrication. (Not sure if she was moaning from the enjoyment ...or the excessive size.) - Realistic feeling. Like the Fat Jack and Tommy Gun, this sleeve excels in feeling realistic. Yes, it's big, but its soft, natural feel is easier for the "receiver" to take than other sleeves that are made out of hard, unnatural-feeling materials. - Because it's extremely large (and stretchy), you can pull it up over your erect penis to totally engulf your scrotum and pubis. This can create a somewhat secure hold on your "manhood" (helps if you "manscape" down there), but your balls are going to be quite constricted and uncomfortable. Cons: - Like the Fat Jack and the Tommy Gun, this sleeve unfortunately doesn't have any type of strapping design (around your scrotum) to secure the sleeve onto your penis. It probably won't stay on with any heavy/prolonged love making sessions. I took the advice of one reviewer of the LeBrawn, and cut a dime-size hole towards the base of the sleeve to shove my balls/scrotum through for stability. While it worked well for a while during the first use, the material was tearing by the end of our love-making. :>( - Lack of internal stimulation "nubs" for the wearer. If you have even the slightest ED issues, you better be sure to address the need to attain/maintain a strong erection with use of this sleeve (be sure to take your Viagra, Cialis, etc. beforehand) . - Again, because of the material used, the sleeve is prone to fairly easy tearing/spiting. (This is seen with the Tommy Gun and Fat Jack as well.) If I was rating on just size and natural feel, I would give this sleeve a 5-star rating. However, to receive a 5-star rating from this reviewer, the manufacturer needs to 1) design an effective scrotum securing design into the sleeve, as well as 2) stimulating "nubs" to increase pleasure for the wearer.

Not an Extender. Requires 7” shaft.
Cons: This is not an extender. It’s a girth additive. The sleeve has a 7” deep hollow core, so unless you have a 7” shaft it’s not going to fit or function. Additionally, the lack of a ball strap provides further complication. Last, it has a really strong chemical smell out of the bag. So much so that it gave me a headache. Update after week: still mild smell and it’s sticky after cleaning with soap and water. Whatever this is made of, it feels tacky after cleaning and drying. Goes away with water/lube but geez. Also, I think this thing has a slight layer of paint/tint as it seems to be coming off at the tip. I don’t think a lady would like that coming off into her lady parts. Trashing it. Pros: it’s soft and if she likes the added girth and you are 7”+, then it is a decent buy. Just hope the chemical smell fades and she’s not worried that it’s toxic. I’m not sold on this material. Other: This is identical to the Fat Jack in every way except color. I bought both and they are identical down to the mold and texture marks, smell and tacky feeling. Either same maker or copy cat. This could be better for many men if the tip had more fill, included a strap and there was no smell or paint.

Not really an extender
the look is impressive and it adds girth for sure, but it doesnt add any length. The stopper at the end is maybe 1/2 inch from the tip. So at most you are adding 1/2 an inch. The thing is like 9 inches long, but unless you have a massive member, (Why would you be using this item), you have to cut inches off of it just to wear it without it falling off. Definitely adds girth but length, not so much. I have 2 other no name brands that add as much as 3 inches. This adds next to nothing.

She likes : the massive girth it procures She dislikes : the smell, the residue forming on the material even before it was unboxed, the tip's color pigment smearing off, the absolutely flaccid tip, the general feeling of cheapness I like : the feeling of heaviness, the extra girth I dislike : the smell, the residue, the inner shape, which is nothing more than a hollow cylinder ― have you ever seen a penis shaped like a geometrical cylinder? We tried it twice (with condom on, concerned by the premature wear); it never satisfied us. We have thrown it away. Don't buy this if you are expecting "more bang" for your buck, do if you plan to use it only as a novelty.
