Strong compressions
The Serene Life Eye Massager has strong enough compressions that you know you are being massaged. I immediately charged it up and used it before reading all the instructions. The icons made it easy to start up and also to turn off the music, since I wanted to listen to my book on tape. I was thrilled with the massage and heat, as it relieved some of the symptoms of my dry eye and sinus congestion. Now a week later, I have read the instructions to find there is a washable cloth and a variety of other settings, besides just the first setting. If I were to improve this product, I would have setting "1" be "Full Function," which is pneumatic, heating, and vibration. You have to press the start button two times to begin all 3 functions. The inner mask is so soft and comfortable-I tried another product which had a plastic inner lining and it scratched my face. Read the instructions! Happy customer!

Love it!
It’s a little heaven/beach get away for 15 min. Love it will use it frequently. I sit and monitor 4 pC screen for work. I need that help to relax end of day or on my 15 min break.

Most modes are very good to enjoy
Massage mode is too much pressure because of inability to extend strap more. I find the heat and music mode to be my favorites. Wonderfully relaxing. Too bad strap isn’t more adjustable.

Love this, where has it been??
After looking at many options for the sinus area of my face, there’s certainly a lot out there, and I am no expert. But I chose this one. And even though it looks like it might be a little bit crazy because it is a hard shell me outside, but the inside is extremely comfortable. All I can say is absolutely love this I have bought again for a gift for somebody I would definitely give it a try.

Migraine sufferers listen up!!!
I felt compelled to write this review, which I normally don’t do many. However, this product, so far has been amazing. I suffer from migraine and regular headaches. I’ve had the mask for about five days now and used it three of those days. It works!!! There are different settings to choose from, personally I like the first setting ( heat, massage and a “squeeze “). It also has a few sounds that you can turn on to relax (water, crickets etc). It’s rechargeable and so far I’ve only charged it once. It folds for easy storage. Thankfully, I’ve only had “regular” headaches so far, I hope it works for migraines when the time comes. I’ll have to update. It’s very simple to use, not complicated at all. It’s not a con, but it would be amazing if it were Bluetooth capable but sometimes when you have a headache you don’t want any noise, so… Overall, for the price and results, you can’t beat it. 10/10 would recommend.

Works like a charm!
I bought it as a gift for someone who has chronic migraine and is very stressed. It works really good! It's very relaxing, and helps with headaches. It's not as noisy as I thought it would be, and the rhythmic whirring and puffing it makes is a nice sound anyway. You can hear the music very clearly too, so that's cool! I have also tried it a couple of times because of my dry eyes, and so far it seems to help a lot! I do recommend this product.

A little too narrow
Great looking product. Unfortunately it’s a narrow mask, the bottom edge landed on my cheekbone. Very uncomfortable while massaging. Sending it back. I’m a Prime member, why am I being charged to return? I will not order from this company again.

It's alright but i'm scared to leave it running while i sleep.
It feels okay on some modes but others it presses hard enough that you can feel it pushing into your eye balls its not overly pleasant. I understand its meant to massage but when its causing genuine discomfort on certain settings i have a hard time to suggest using it.
