Highly recommended by my dentist.

Dentist have now found that even normal toothpaste can damage/scratch enamel and this won't scratch caps if you have them. Plus it is great for my sensitive teeth. If you have an area that is tender, you can put a drop right on it and leave it to relief the pain.

This was recommended by my dentist on the grounds that I am "on the cavity spectrum." News to me. But apparently after many, many years of mistreating my teeth by doing things like chewing, my enamel is in need of repair, and according to my dentist this is the stuff that will accomplish it. Unless I'm mistaken, this is the first time enamel repair is possible. Tune in in three months, and I'll be able to tell you whether it works.
