Nice lock. I am using it to separate my suite from the rest of the house because I have renters sometime in the back bedrooms. This lock looks nice and goes with my modern decor. I like the ingenious idea of not needing a key when the battery runs dead. One uses a 9 volt battery to temporarily jump start it from the front of the lock whick allows you to enter the code, open the door and then go into the room to replace the old battery. While the battery lasts for a few years, it is reassuring not to have to go searching for a key when the time comes. Nifty!

Great Lock!

We have a very expensive keyless Schlage lock on our front door that we love, but didn’t want to spend that type of money for our back door too. That being said, we didn’t want to keep a key around for the back door. I looked around for a keyless entry lock that was nice looking, was a coded entry, and inexpensive. I found this one after some endless scrolling on Amazon. I’m glad I purchased it. It was a easy install, though we had to adjust the wood in the door a bit with a wood cutter. Overall, easy and works as expected.

Does exactly what I want

It locks. Without a Key. And not automatically. Doesn't even have a key hole, and I was worried! Their solution is great! You can jump start it from the outside with a 9v!! My door closes so tightly, that auto locks do not work for me. They struggle and fail. I don't have issues locking, though. So this fits my need. I don't need a key to get into my house. It replaces an older Schlage with a keypad that failed after a few years, so I hope this one does better. The older one failed to engage after entering the code. I never got locked out, but it was getting close and worried me so I replace it.

Great Keyless Entry Deadbolt - Doesn't AUTO Lock Behind you

I put these on my Back and Side doors. Very happy with the purchase. 1 thing to take into consideration, is that these locks DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY LOCK. The key code (or quick lock option) only allows for the deadbolt to spin, forcing the user to lock or unlock it within a certain timeframe (15-20 seconds). This for me, was NOT a bad thing and I knew that going into this purchase, so no stars taken away. But for someone who wants an auto lockable deadbolt, check out theSchlage Connect Camelot Touchscreen Deadbolt w/ Built-In Alarm, Aged Bronze, BE469 CAM 716 . I have this one on my front door. Great smart deadbolt that is synced with my iPhone. Looking for a reliable Keyless entry deadbolt, this is it. Sets up in minutes.

Very Nice

I would give it 5 stars if the number panel lit up at night but it is very hard to unlock in the dark. Other than that, it is very nice to have a number rather than a key.

Muy bien, llego rápido y buen producto tiene opción de vacaciones donde solo abrirá con código por fuera. Quizás le vendría bien una alarma audible intento de código falso o golpe.

Decent Lock for the Price

Fairly easy to install, simple operation. My only real issue is that I have to check each time to make sure it's locked as there is often a malfunction with the sensor and it doesn't actually lock. Not a big deal, as I'm a creature of habit and now just double check. It's super irritating when my hands are full and I have to keep pulling on the door and "re-locking"

Outdoor lock that is not made to be outdoors?

Purchased two of these locks 2 months ago. We just had our first snowfall and the following morning the lock stopped working. The lock is covered by a 4 foot overhang, so not like it was soaked in direct rain or snow. Amazon exchanged the lock for us even though we were passed the return period. But they shouldn't have had to. We replaced the lock, and when removing the old one, there was water inside, yet entirely dry on the outside. Now I am wondering if these things are made to be used outdoors. Time will tell if we have to return the replacement. Edit: One month later. The replacement has now failed.
