Starter paint

While a great starter paint and great value for the money, the darker shades are not consistent in shades. Do not order another jug and expect it to perfectly match the first jug. While some slight color variation is normal, this company tends to not keep a great eye on it between batches.

Formula change

If you’re used to the old Sargent art Turquoise - which happens to be one of my fave blue paints - you will be very unhappy with this one. While the original (small bottle in Pic) isn’t really turquoise, more of a cerulean, it’s the color I expected to show up. The turquoise paint that came is a lovely color and fine if I weren’t specifically looking to get more of the original turquoise. In general, coverage with the sargent art paints is pretty good for beginners, kids, and paint parties. I will use this stuff but I’m really not happy because they changed the formula and used the same name.

Not turquoise

I had a small bottle of turquoise that is an amazing color, texture, and richness. Since I loved it so much I figured I should get the big bottle. Well this is not turquoise. I could expect some variation but this is drastic. So disappointing ???? hope I can find the turquoise I already have.

Great colors

It was in a plastic bag so did not make a mess on the rest of the order. Not much leaked so I will keep it. Love the paint!

Good price but not typical turquoise colour

Volume of paint is great but it's not really a turquoise colour. I bought this paint hoping it would be a nice turquoise inside the bottle, but it truly is the same shade as shown in the product picture. This is honest of the company but not what I'd call a true turquoise. My husband and I have found that by adding some yellow to this paint before doing fluid pours, we are able to achieve the right shade of turquoise/teal we are looking for.

Great Peacock Blue Colour.

I do fluid art, and this is a medium body, strongly pigmented paint. The colour is not, IMO, turquoise, more blue. But, easy to mix, great colour!
