If you are a relaxed (none-serious) cleaner like me, this can be your buddy.

This little guy does not have any memory function. But, it does not get stuck. It may be lost but at least it won’t stop working complaining about the structure of the floor. The cleaning ability per se is acceptable. Floor feels different (better) after cleaning. It is surprisingly quiet. I really liked the noise level compared to iRobot products. I did not want vacuum function due to the concern of mold at the suction site. It is small and light which is a plus for me. Wish it has longer running time but longer running time will make the battery and weight more than what it is now. Just hope the mop replacement can be done online. It needs a call (not chat) to the customer service during the business hours because the mop is not listed on the website or Amazon. I liked it, recommend it for casual relaxed cleaners but not to OCD with the concern of germs. Actually I am buying a second set to cover different floor. Update after 2 month; I still like it. Then problem occurred when I tried to buy additional mops. They are not sold on Samsung website. (please read until the end. Right answer is there) Samsungparts.com has it. I waited patiently for >1hr and finally placed the order $33/each x3 thinking those must be made out of silk. I don’t even buy towels for my face paying that much money. Anyway, I liked the machine and understood that it was a special order to Made In Korea. I did not realize until the moment I open the Fedex (what a luxury! Express shipping for the mop!) that I paid >10bucks that I got 3 mops not 3 pairs. Hello!! I am sorry but this cute machine works with mop pairs not “each”. So basically I paid for 1.5 pair that I can practically use only 1 additional pair paying 33x3+10 (shipping)? That is enough to buy a decent hand held vac! I called them to complain and they said they will review and call me back in a day. So, I will see. When I looked up Korean website where I cannot directly buy, the exact same pair under Everybot is sold at 7 bucks. That is almost 1/5 of it. Maybe I need to buy 100 of them from Korea and leave my contacts here so that Jetbot buyers can buy those mops at a fair price not $66+shipping a pair. I would rather wait and save shipping of $10. I think a fair price for this mop for a pair will be around 15 and should never be more than 20 bucks. I generally like Samsung product but for Samsung to be successful, they need to provide parts at a reasonable price not a rip off. BTW, the machine is fantastic. If Samsung gives me the other 3 for free making the pair priced at $33, I will take the deal but there is no way that I use a mop that is palm sized and priced $66. No! Update after samsungparts.com ; they will take the return without providing shipping label. They say Samsung controls the price. There was no point torturing the call center lady who is doing 3rd party shipping so I got the info for the return. If you have a way to buy the mop at an acceptable price or you need only 1 pair of each type, this is a good machine. Hope Samsung people reads this and figure out a fair price for the mop. Who is going to buy the cleaning bot when you need to pay >$70 for the replacement mop???? Doesn’t get stuck

I have tried every popular mop robot, all of them get stuck on my rugs or my air vents or both. This is the only one I don’t have to constantly monitor. I wish it could dock itself, and that it could hold more cleaner, but it is otherwise the best option for me.

Cleans like crazy! Much better than the roomba I replaced it for!

This thing cleans like crazy. The only complaint I have is, it’s very difficult for someone with arthritic hands to put the cleaning fluid in. You also have to figure out how much to wet your mop pads. If they are too dry, the fluid does not always come out of The dispenser like it should. However, if you wet them ahead of time, the spinning action of the mop and the directional capabilities of it are much better than the roomba that I am replacing it with. It’s the first thing I have bought from Samsung that’s been worth two cents in a long time. I hate their refrigerators . Just FYI, I wud never buy one of those pieces of junk again! It’s broken more than it works and I know this is not the place to write that, but Samsung you have some work to do on your refrigerators!

Me ha facilitado la vida

The media could not be loaded. Este trapeador me ha facilitado la vida, limpia muy bien, su carga dura mucho, más de 2 horas y tarda casi el mismo tiempo en cargar. La primera carga fue difícil, no encendía ninguna luz al conectarlo, pensé que estaba averiado porque luego de 5 horas no se cargaba, presione el botón y parpadeaba verde, lo desenchufe, conecte en otro toma, cargo otras dos horas pero seguía parpadeando verde, presione el botón y por fin paso al azul. Adapte unas mopas de microfibra, las recorte a la medida de los discos (14 cm de diametro), son más pequeños que sus mopas originales (16 cm diametro) , porque sus mechitas sobresalen. Hice el agujero en el centro, luego pegue el velcro con silicona en la parte de atrás para que se peguen al robot y queme con un encendedor todos los bordes para que no se deshilachen. Humedezco las mopas con una mezcla de agua y un poco de liquido limpia pisos (en exceso puede empañar el piso) e intercambio las mopas por otras limpias de vez en cuando y las lavo en la lavadora. Es útil su control remoto para cambiar el programa, lo envolví en film transparente para protegerlo. El robot limpia los mesones pero no lo dejo solo en esos momentos porque sus sensores anticaida no son infalibles, se cayo de un escalón ancho y bajo, por fortuna no se daño con el golpe. Presionando su botón dos veces pasa a modo manual, se puede utilizar para limpiar la puerta de la ducha.

UPDATE: I ended up keeping this unit because I didn’t mind using it to dry my floors after I ran my other mopbot, but a couple months in after being used under 10 times, the unit has crapped out and no longer charges. Now here’s the kicker, SAMSUNG DOES NOT WARRANTY THIS PRODUCT. You cannot contact Samsung at all for any help, and they will send you around in a circle. Samsung is a TERRIBLE company for anything outside of smart phones, do not purchase unless you like replacing $350 electronics every 5-8 uses. ———————————- Mopping bots have such a long way to go before they are as effective as their vacuum counter-parts. This robot is no different. Functionality-wise, it does a great job compared to its other robot peers as rotating action really cleans the floors, but that’s where the positives really end for this thing. Due to how light it is, a lot of heavier grime will be left behind. The mopping pads are very very small especially compared to Bissells SpinWave, which means they can only effectively a certain amount of space before it’s just smearing dirt. The “water plates” are a complete joke! You have to individually fill 2 of the caps that clips (imagine how long that last) onto the unit (which don’t hold much water btw) then attach each one on before you can let it get it work. It seems like a huge hassle to do everytime you want to use it. The build quality is obviously not Samsung’s quality and was most likely re-branded from another manufacturer. The charging port looks very cheap, not something I would expect on a piece of electronic in this price range. The resting plate also looks much better then what it actually is, it’s literally a sheet of plastic that your machine can sit on before you have to manually charge it. It’s also equivalent in intelligence to first-gen robot vacuums, kinda just spins itself all over the place until it covers everything. It also has no apps or smart functions and no returning to its resting base. I’ve tested and owned the Braava 240, Braava M6, Proscenic M6/7/8 2-1 mopping bots, iLife Shinebot (all paid with my own money not sponsored) and I would rank them: 1. Shinebot 400 (best clean by far) 2. Braava M6 (smart capabilities is worth the trade off for lower performance in less traffic areas) 3. Samsung Jetbot by a fraction over the 4. Braava 240 All in all, was it worth the price tag? Most likely not, as the Bissell Spinwave is an electric mop with the same rotating actions except it’s heavy and you manually have to clean the floors, but it does it’s job so quickly, much better, at a cheaper price tag (cheaper spare pads too), and will end end causing you the same amount of work from manually using the SpinWave over fiddling with the Samsung water plates. I wouldn’t faithfully recommend this robot unless you’re a Samsung fanboy and just think they can’t do no wrong.

Great Robot But...

Let me start by saying that this is an amazing mopping robot. Might be the best on the market. But for what you are getting vs the money you are spending I don't find you get your moneys worth. It's a robot that's designed for cleaning small areas such as bathrooms & bedrooms & won't be able to get into tight areas of 11 inches wide. Larger areas like your living room & maybe kitchen ( depending on the size). it won't be able to clean it. Even if you are willing to watch the robot and drive it to the areas it missing. There is always a chance it will go back to the areas it already cleaned. Also the water amount it holds is very little. it says the water can last up till 50 minutes but it's more like 35 to 40 minutes. I give it a 4 star rating because it does clean amazing but it's a not a smart robot that knows where it's cleaned already and dont find its worth the money for a robot that's made for small areas. If Samsung makes this into a smart robot that holds more water in future designs. Look out! this guy will be the robot to beat.

Trapea muy bien, silencioso, y fácil de usar.

The media could not be loaded. Llevo una semana usando el robot diariamente, mi opinión durante este tiempo es realmente buena. La idea de trapear y asipirar suena bien en principio, y por eso tuve un robot 2 en 1, que la verdad, lo único que hacía bien era aspirar y barrer. La función de trapear no era buena,porque lógicamente el trapear requiere de aplicar movimientos mecánicos que tallen el piso para hacer desparecer la huellas, suciedad, etc. Este robot de Samsung usa su propio peso con dos motores para generar fricción y movimiento de navegación a la vez, lo que lo hace muy eficiente, efectivo, y de un mantenimiento bajo. Tiene varios modos de limpieza que se activan con el control remoto para usarlos en diferentes situaciones. En lo personal mi rutina de limpieza diaria, es asipirar por la tarde con mi otro robot aspirador, y en la noche trapear con el robot Jetbot de Samsung usando por lo general el modo intensivo. Este modo es el que me ha dado mejores resultados. Todos los patrones de limpieza se alternan con el modo EDGE automaticamente durante su ejecución. Cuando se llega a los 50 minutos, se escucha una alarma que te avisa, que se terminó el agua de los depósitos. Estos 50 minutos fueron suficientes para limpiar todo el piso de la primera planta (Cocina,sala, comedor, baño, y lavandería). Mi casa es pequeña, yo pienso que para casas más grandes, después de 50 minutos tendrás que rellenar con agua los depósitos, y cambiar las mopas por otras limpias para continuar la limpieza y poder terminar con toda el área. La navegación funciona de manera adecuada sorteando todos los obstáculos. El robot casi nunca toca los muebles, y cuando lo hace, es de forma suave. Se mueve bien abajo del comedor con todo y las sillas. Como con todos los robots de limpieza, hay que quitar cables, ropa, y objetos pequeños antes de iniciar. Remueve las huellas y la suciedad de forma efectiva. Es muy silencioso, la batería dura 100 minutos de forma continua y se carga rápido. Este robot no tiene base de carga, y por lo tanto, no regresa a cargarse de forma automática. Viene con dos pares de mopas, cada uno de diferente material y un cepillo de silicón para limpiarlas. También incluye una base plástica para poner el robot mientras se carga. El control remoto es muy responsivo y se puede usar para mover el robot de forma manual, por lo que no tendrás que ir por el robot si se encuentra lejos para traerlo de vuelta, o moverlo al sitio deseado. Definitivamente, hay que leer el manual y siguir las instrucciones al pie de la letra para que funcione correctamente. Es resumen, este robot es muy sencillo de usar, de bajo mantenimiento y trapea muy bien. Sinceramente, lo recomiendo para que no tengas que trapear diariamente de forma manual. Solo una o dos veces por semana. El resto de los días lo hace el robot. Estoy bastante satisfecho con mi compra.
