Good for the price.

I coach and train children all ages up through High School. I’ve used this ball before. Pros: Great Price (You can get 2 or 3 of these for what 1 of the pricey ones cost) Good on both indoor and outdoor courts (Hold up very good and durable for outside play and training) I would use this for outside, asphalt etc. Cons: Feel is not as good as pricey heavy training balls, It’s not bad but just feels different compared to others. Weight is limited to 2.6 lbs. Where other top brands are 6 lbs. I would only use these for 5th grade up to 9th grade for boys. It can be used up to High School for girls training. Most Boys 10 – 12 grade won’t get much out of the weight. Use a 6 lbs training ball for them.

Made dribbling easier.

Used to help son dribble stronger. He said it made the regular ball feel light, which also affected his shot short term. I think it will help both dribbling and ball strength overall.

Great quality works well

This basketball works great, it's about 2x as heavy as normal 29.5 in regulation ball. My son uses a heavy ball and oversized ball to work on shot fundamentals. This item is very high quality much nicer than we anticipated.

Performance and Price.. Return on investment is win-win!

I'm a Trainer and Coach these are way better than the "yellow" ones.... more effective with ball movement and control, easier on the shoulders and joints of athletes. Thanks for an awesome product!

Great buy

For the money, I'm not sure you can get a better training ball. I paid more for one 6-7 months ago and liked the feel better, but this one is great for the money.

Good Training Ball

I got this for my son's 5th grade basketball team. It works well to help teach form and get some muscle behind the passes. Haven't used it for shooting at all and being weighted it doesn't bounce but it is a great tool for working on arm strength for passing.
