Flattering

Size was small petite but was way too big for me. I gave it to step-daughter and it was perfect. Beautiful colors, style and material in this dress that I would normally have paid twice as much in a retail store.

Confused that I like it?

You know, when I first opened the bag it was in I instantly was reminded of my grandmother's K-Mart mumu dresses, that fake satin that is white on the inside and printed with bright florals on the outside. The garment is covered in little puff paint details that do nothing to enhance it, but whatever. Then, I put it on. Aside from it being a size too large (even though I got a L when I normally like an XL), it was kind of cute. And, maybe the is the quarantine talking, but I could see myself wearing it around town this summer to do errands and take my kid to the park. While the dress still has a faint essence of what I imagine a Dollar Tree clothing line, or Big Lots exclusive B-list celebrity-endorsed womenswear brand might have, I truly am debating whether to alter this one myself or spend another $20 for the medium.
