Sturdy, well made, could be one more extension
This collapsable mop handle is sturdy and well made. It is easy to extend/collapse by pushing a decent sized button and sliding the tube one way or the other. There are two sections that allow you to extend from 22" to 33.5" or 36" to 47.5". For all the trouble of making this I wish it had one more extension. This is marketed for hazardous cleanup so you don't get close to whatever you are cleaning up but it can be used for many situations reach is required. Unfortunately, it does not come with a pad or anything to use with it so even in an emergency you'll have to grab a box of pads.

Collapsible mop handle
Great concept but angle is way to short! I'm 5'11 and have to hunch over so my back hurts when using it....

Good Quality Handle That Is Collapsible
First things First, this is just a mop handle. There are no pads, no extras, just a handle to which you can attach cleaning pads to. That being said, this is a very good product. The handle is collapsible so it can be stored in very tight spaces. I don't have the Rubbermaid mop pads to try with this so I used this along with a rag as a quick clean mop. The handle is very sturdy and the adjustable length makes it great to reach high and low spaces The price is reasonable considering the quality and the features just keep in mind that you will need to purchase the pads or be creative with what you attach to the handle.

not really for home use
These are nice spill pads, but they're definitely for professional use. If someone throws up or bleeds or whatever in a business, you need a disposable mop. It would be gross to get blood on a permanent mop. But for home use, these are just too expensive per spill. One mop head is the same price as a whole roll of paper towels. So I see where they have a place, but I don't see where they would work in my home.

With all of the positive ratings I hoped for more but these a pure junk. Not what I expected at all. Pretty much useless.

Commercial Strength Mop
Silly me! I didn't realize that the Rubbermaid Commercial Products 2017161 Collapsible Spill Mop doesn’t arrive complete with disposable mop pads/sheets. For the price, I assumed a practical starter kit of pads would be included. No such luck! I suggest ordering both mop and pads together, duh! Otherwise, expect some downtime as far as floor cleaning goes! On the topic of cleaning, the mop is lightweight but a heavyweight when it comes to picking up spills and general cleaning. Best of all, it’s easy to store. The biggest drawback, however, is the price for pads. Just too darn expensive, but I suppose you pay the price for commercial products. 3.5 Stars.

These work to pick up stuff, but the odd construction makes them harder to use as you would a mop. Honestly, you'd be better using them with a glove...

While I’m grateful to have received this in exchange for my review, there are many more sponge and mop combos on the market much better than this Rubbermaid. It appears better suited for kitchen or hardwood floors than others. Personally I prefer something hardier. I get the sense I have to replace after each use just about. Anyways nothing that really separates it from the pack on my humble opinion.
