Bearing is slightly undersized

It cuts very nice in soft wood and decent in hard wood... however, the bearing was slightly undersize. This cause my tails to be slightly narrow and my pins to be spaced slightly too wide. All of my joints were loose. I replaced the bearing and it works like a dream.

A cut above, because of the ball-bearing guide.

This dovetail drill bit make clean well-defined against-the-grain cuts in wood when used with a dovetail jig. It is well-designed.

depth cutting issue

Delivery was as promised. However due to the shoulder directly below the bearing and the bearing collar on top of the bearing, the depth of the cut couldnt be adjusted to work with my jig template which is 3/8 thick.
