Construction paper is NOT just for kids. Perfect for slimline envelopes and more

When I started making slimline cards I also bought the WRMK slimline envelope punch board. Uh oh. It requires 9 inch wide paper, so regular copy paper is out. Don't particularly want to use patterned 12 x 12 either. I had packages of construction paper, which at 9 x 12 which covered the size. Made beautiful envelopes. Strong, glue doesn't warp, and when I line them with printed copy paper, they look beautiful. I got this paper because it is a beautiful color but it didn't come in 9 x 12, so I figured I would use the rest of the sheet on my card. Makes a great first layer, which then perfectly matches the envelope. Works just fine, and pretty inexpensive. I've also purchased white and cream colored drawing papers from Amazon and they work great, too, for envelopes. =

Not the best quality

This paper is really thin and almost seems faded/old. I'd only re-purchase if it were on sale. My kids don't mind the paper to make fun creations, but for homeschool projects I'd need better quality.

A little bit bulkier than I would have liked. No screen cover. Enough space for my ID and 2 additional cards.
