Works great with a little tweaking

I bought two for our new house, and the first wouldn't plug right. When you clicked it, it wouldn't stay down. My husband was able to take the whole thing apart and put it back together, and it worked perfectly after that. The second one worked perfect the first time. It's really nice that it comes with so many bits for different tub sizes. Would buy again.

Great customer service!

I have purchased a dozen of these for my job, and find them very good. I had two issues with them ... for one, one of the fittings arrived unthreaded (see picture), but the manufacturer (through Amazon) replaced immediately. For the second ... one of the fittings fell off after a bunch of rust developed on the spring washer. I sent an email to the manufacturer, and they not only agreed to send me new fittings but suggested "When installing the fitting, you can eliminate the spring washer and instead just use a little Loktite when threading the fitting to the stopper – this will mitigate the possibility of the fitting becoming lose and falling", which I thought was a great idea. I gave four stars because of the hassle of having to reach out to them, but am very satisfied with their support, and will keep buying this product.

SUPER EASY TO INSTALL

It came with instructions, but a mere glance at it and you instantly know that you won't be needing any install instructions. It literally took me all of 2 minutes to install, and part of that was taking it out of the package. It works great, and was so much simpler, and not to mention quicker then the alternative. The wife loves it, I love that she's happy, and my wallet loved that it was so inexpensive. Thank you so very much!!!

The water does not completely drain out of the sink

The product was easy to install. It holds water, but it does not allow all the water to drain from the sink. The lip of the item is higher than the water level at the drain area.

Hopefully, I will soon know whether it is solving my problem. At least it doesn't keep the water from running down, which is good.

Not worth the money

While attempting to thread in the appropriate adapter, the assembly basically fell apart. I was able to re-assemble, but did not install as there was no mechanical stop for the threaded portion and it tended to jam. Fortunately the rubber worked on the old unit that was still functioning and built with quality.

Works well and exactly as described.

Arrived in 2 days with Prime. I don't know what some reviews are saying it fell apart. Mine is exactly what is described and the 3/8 piece, which is hard to find, screwed in perfectly. It works well.
