Quick Replacement
The first one I got didn't sit flat because the straps were too short, but I got a replacement the next day and the new one is perfect. I had one before that lasted about a year, but I hand cleaned it and the material underneath got warped. It's still a good deal and fits large cups.

Does what it needs to
I ordered this under the impression that it was going to be red with black accents but it’s entirely black and I don’t actually see a color selection option so i think they just used the wrong images for the same product or something. It doesn’t stand up very well on it’s own but with drinks in it it’s good and carries drinks well.

I doordash so i really needed 1 some restaurants don't have carriers not like I have 4 arms. So far so good. I was expecting the velcro shut and pen holders and the clear sleeve.

Doesnt stand up well by itself but good for carrying
It's easy to use and great for carrying multiple drinks as a delivery driver. It's kinda flimsy sitting on a carseat by itself, though. I once took a sharp turn into the worst apartment parking lot of all time and it collapsed when the drinks tipped over a little bit, causing them to tip over the rest of the way. Fortunately they were thick smoothies so almost nothing got on my seat, and I was still able to deliver them, but I added some supports to the side before using it for sodas again.

DESIGN FLAW - Easy fix
The blue cord I added is the space the black straps lack to be flat. I liked this specific holder over others so I used some items around my house to fix this issue (tiny zip ties and four short pieces of cord). Now, it works as it should have been designed/mfg’d. The odd things is that there is sufficient strapping sewn underneath to cover this gap.

Works well
Works as described. As others have mentioned it will tip if drinks are on one side. But nice and heavy duty to carry multiple drinks, better option than restaurant provided trays.

It does fold up
I don’t like the fact that it only fits medium drinks

Difficult to keep open when trying to put drinks inide of it
This product is nice and compact and folds flat. The problem is it tends to like to stay that way. It also will not stay open without drinks in it and even with drinks in it it tends to like to fold back into its original shape. Very difficult to hold the device and put drinks in it at the same time. I ended up using my 3D printer to create some braces that slide onto the bottom part of it to hold it open once open. Kind of eliminates the purpose of it being foldable for storage but at least it actually works now. Unless you're willing to modify this I don't really recommend buying it.
