Smells so good

I am new to the Oribe line and so far Ive liked every product. This is my favorite conditioner and makes my hair soft and tangle free. Smells amazing and very nourishing to the hair. Expensive but so far worth it ; )

long lasting

PROS: The conditioner smells amazing and has impressive longevity. Makes my hair feel soft and frizz free. The bottle looks and feels expensive. I like the dispenser and how large and durable the cap is. The scent is very pleasing and I was surprised by how long it lasted. At first I was sad because I didn't really smell it after a few hours, but the next day after I had pulled my hair out of my ponytail, the fragrance came back stronger than before. I started to notice after several washes that it actually held the clean look AND scent for days. My hair has to be tied back for work, and I loved how even 2 days after washing, pulling my hair down I was hit with that fresh clean fragrance like im fresh from the shower. CONS: The price. Its pretty pricy for the amount you get. I feel the formula is a little thinner than other conditioners I've used, so I do use more than normal to coat my hair and get lasting results.

Not good for my fine hair

The scent of these products are absolutely to die for but the conditioning ability is very poor for my fine hair. I ended up having to switch back to my old conditioner pretty quickly while still using the Oribe shampoo because I simply could not even brush through my hair. Mind you I think my water at home is probably a bit hard. It left a strange soapy residue on my body after rinsing which really bothered me, too. I can’t say I’ll buy these again because, especially for the price, I don’t think I got anything out of it.

Love the scent

The scent is amazing and beautiful packaging. The cap is very large so it appears you get less than you think. I also find it dries my hair out. I have fine thick hair and am in my 50’s so it could just be me.

Weighs hair down (makes it feel heavy and greasy), and smells like cigarettes!

I was so excited to try this product, and even figured if I was spending this much I would buy the whole system (Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hair Fortifying Treatment Serum). What a waste of money! I have thicker, very wavy/curly hair. This makes my hair feel greasy and weighted - even after straightening! I normally wash my hair every second or third day, and I find it impossible to make it to a third day with this system. I even tried just the conditioner, and still get the same feeling. Oh, and did I mention the horrific smell? I literally feel like I am washing cigarette ash into my hair. The scent is also long lasting. As a non-smoker, this smell is AWFUL! I really DO NOT recommend this product!
