Small Bladder leaks
I have small bladder leaks through out the day. Like working out, sneezing, coughing, laughing, holding it too long.... etc. It keeps me dry without a big bulgy pad. It's thin. It doesn't have wings which sucks but for the price and quantity it's worth it. It doesn't really have a "smell" absorbent thing so I wouldn't use it on a "period". I'm not sure who could use this on a period anyway. Although before I had my tubes tied and my ablation my periods were scarily heavy and lots of clots, so these 100% would not have worked. Tampons didn't work and neither would a cup. Just big momma pads. But for tiny bladder leaks, like teensy dribble once in a whole through the day, I'd recommend these. Or maybe as a panty liner at the very end of your period, like the last 2 days for those light flow people.

"long" length Panty Liners 150 count is 8.5" long, absorbs well, keeps me dry
The LENGTH of the "Panty Liners 150 count" (which is longer over regular) is just under 8.5". The product description does not list this info anywhere, and that is annoying. Just as bad are the people asking about the length but not asking about which product. There are THREE products on this page, all different sizes. Then people answer according to what they have, but dont say which product. Lastly, there is OLD information on this page, so just be careful (used to be a U by Kotex page) . So look for community questions, answers and reviews that actually mention the product that you are looking for. Seems that there is quite a range of thoughts on the different products on this page. I imagine your needs will vary, and what works for one may be perfect for another. That being said, again this review is for the "Panty Liners 150 count" One by Poise. 3 pack of 50, individually wrapped. No wings. Adheres well, no underwear damage, no girl part damage. Keeps me dry. Can actually wear these all day (light bladder issues), or if I do swap out it is much later in day. I will simply say that these have been working well for reigning in light bladder leaks for me. I like Poise products and was intrigued when these popped up. I have some light leakage. Annoying to have to wear a daily pad when I am just in my 40s. Ah well. The regular panty liners that I used to use are not enough anymore because they get wet and stay wet and smell wet, but a regular pad is too much. Some Poise and Always brand bladder liners are very good for my needs, but I was simply interested in trying this new to me product by Poise. So far I like it (despite the annoyances of the product page and community at large), and so far intend to buy more when I get low.

Stays in place, wings are good and they are thin.

Little heavier then a liner but not bulky like a pad
I ordered these by accident one time. I really like them. I little more protection than a liner. Comfortable and thin. So when you feel like you need just little more than a liner, these are what you want.

My Favorite Part of These are the Wings!
My favorite part of these liners are the wings! Of course, having a 2-1 is the reason I bought these, but I will continue because the wings make so much sense! The wings are small but mighty. A lot of wings are too big and don't match very well with your underwear, or they accidentally gets stuck to itself, or somehow it starts to pull and get stuck to your down there hair. These ones are smaller than most period pads, but still quite strong. I do have to say that these don't seem to hold as much period blood as my standalone pads, but I'm okay with that because I've got the added protection for bladder leaks. I usually wear Speax panties normally, and in the past was wearing Thinx panties during my period, but then I'd have to worry about sneezing or laughing too hard and it was uncomfortable. These are now my go tos during my period. Very nice to have the peace of mind that I won't have ANY leaks while wearing them.

Different use
My husband had prostate surgery. Afterward, he had/has leakage. He has tried this and that .... finally found this one to meet his needs!

Does the job
It happens to many of us as we age; leaky bladder. These pads are adequate to protect you from embarrassing situations, but I suspect that most of us by now aren't embarrassed about what our bodies decide to do as we age, but the pads do prevent inconvenient clean up. They are comfortable and do the job for light/med accidents. I was using the Poise with wings, but these seem to keep your panties dry without the wings, and with more pads in the package than the winged versions, they're a better deal.

They don’t do the job at all!
I’ve been dealing with bladder leaks since my early 40’s and I’ve tried them all, but I stuck with Poise because it did the job. They kept the fluids contained without odour and, if I could not change right away, I knew I didn’t have to worry about either of those or leakage. After menopause, my period returned, but not regular so I had a lot of surprises. With that in mind, I bought One because how could I go wrong? I could go wrong. First, most important, they do not hold the fluids. They pool down in the center, overloading that area only, never spreading to the rest of the pad. Second, continuing that thought, they are NOT leak-proof as it sits in the center, overwhelming that area, leaking over the wings which are not absorbent so when you remove the pad, it’s all over your hands and panties. I’m not talking cups of fluids here as I can still use the liners which do absorb. Finally, they do not control the odour either. These seem to have been made using the same materials as Always which came out with bladder control pads that didn’t work, leaking and stinking. I’m so disappointed in Poise. I’m 63 so that is over 20 years now using their liners and these have failed me miserably. I’m going back to liners, but maybe it’s time to reconsider using Poise?

These do not work like they are supposed to!
It said for heavy flow well, forget that! They are terrible! I had them on for two hours and was soaked through! I love the wings and wish more companies put them on but that was all I liked!

Great for bladder leaks
I like these, better than going to the drug store. Can’t beat the price I will continue to buy.
