Seams show. Be very gentle with it.

I've hung tons of wallpaper over the years. This is the first textured paper I've done tried. While I like the look, I'm not impressed. It's thin, it rips very easily when wet, even just opening it up to hang. The seams show which is annoying. And I am excellent at matching seams. Once dry it has adhered well, surprisingly since there wasnt a lot of glue. If you choose this be very gentle with it. And as with ALL wallpaper, don't try to trim it wet. Let it dry and use a sharp exato/ sharp blade to cut it.

Paintable wallpaper is different than hanging typical paper

This paper has a small pattern so I anticipated problems with hanging it. I was using it for cabinet door facing so the area was small enough to have few problems. Some products are reinforced, but his is simply a moderately thick paper back and similar to other paintables available at home improvement centers. When applying to walls with a full or semi gloss finish, it's advisable to prime the wall. Paintables are designed to allow paint to soak in, so absorb water quicker than standard paper. For this reason I usually wet the paper using a sprayer instead of using a water tray. Moisten, let it sit open for a bit, then moisten again and book. While it's setting, I apply a thinned wall paper paste to the wall. This allows the paper to be applied slightly dry. I find this helpful because if fully soaked the paper tears easily, especially those with fine print patterns, like this one. Try to not overwork the paper, just work enough to get it flat to the wall, or it can stretch and/or tear. Once applied "dry" I will then moisten the outside of the paper (roller or sprayer) to dampen the paper, activating any remaining paste. I'm sure pros do it differently, but I've found this works for me. The 3 wall paper stores I used to visit have all gone out of business this century, so I'm left buying online. This product works as well as any I can find locally. It gets 4 stars only because it's not as good as the reinforced paper I used in the past. (Then again, that paper was far more expensive.)

Very cool but one 1 of 4 rolls received was defective.

Very pretty and easy to hang. No pattern to follow!! Problem was, we papered half a room and cut a few more strips for the next wall. We had a great system for placing in water and folding to set up the glue. When we began to hang the pre cut strips, the texture just rubbed right off!!!!! It made a huge mess falling all over the place and sticking to everything. 3 of 4 rolls were fine. It was a bummer to run into this in the middle of the project. The company did refund the defective roll!! I appreciated that!

It painted very nicely but was not very sturdy

It painted very nicely but was not very sturdy. It ripped in several places while it was being glued to the wall.The finished product looked very nice when finished but was hard to work with,

I don’t think we could have left it unpainted and been as satisfied. Painting it was very easy though

Shipment arrived quickly. I’ve never wallpapered before and I was able to handle this. I did read up on tips and how-tos. I don’t think we could have left it unpainted and been as satisfied. Painting it was very easy though. Picture shows painted end result.

Fabulous/ then maybe not !

I put up one roll of this “prepasted” paper and it was fabulous. I was beyond thrilled . The next toll was a catastrophe- there were huge sections with no glue and the rest had minimal. I wasted 2 more rolls trying to then put it back up with some wallpaper glue I had on hand. . I’m thinking their quality control needs work . I just received read the reviews- and they are spot on. 2 out of 3 rolls had no glue or very very little. I have a room with paper falling down before my eyes . The roll with paste was awesome.

tears apart too easily when wet

When I first received the wall paper I was happy with the look and texture of it, but that's where it ended. This was supposed be a pre pasted paper, which it was. however it was useless. when I immersed the paper in water to activate the paste, it literally ripped when you tried to remove it from the water. I ended up using my own wallpaper paste, and that was better, but you really need to be careful because of the flimsy quality of the paper

Ne colle pas du tout

très décevant comme résultat, Nous avons recommencé trois fois, en suivant bien les instructions, mais jamais réussi, il n'y a pas assez de colle et en plus nous avons essayé avec de la colle a tapisserie à la troisième tentative, cela semblait etre superbe mais lorsque nous avons enfin peinturé, plein de grosses bulles se sont formées et le résultat était désastreux. Nous avons du tout enlever et cela a brisé le gypse neuf en dessous car il était rendu humide, pourtant nous avions bien laissé sécher entre les tentatives, Cela a fini que nous avons toute enlevé, et nous devons arranger notre mur pour mettre une peinture normale... Fini les tapisseries de ce genre.. Je ne conseil a personne. Ce produit est un gros 0

You'll need wallpaper glue.

I cannot imagine using this on a wall. 8 used it for a small furniture project. There was know glue to it. After applying and allowing to dry the paper just curled and fell off. I had to buy wallpaper glue and reapply. Fortunately these were small pieces. It took paint nicely and the project turned out fine but I could not recommend this for a wall application.

No glue

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I followed the instructions, but it wouldn’t stick to the wall. It seems like all the glue came off in the water and it was just wet paper. Spent way too much time trying to make this product work!
