These are cute. However they have issues. First, I always wear an 8 1/2 in NW., but these ran big so I had to size down to an eight. First bought normal size on retailers website on sale, but they were too big and had signs of wear. I returned them and saw they had a smaller size on Amazon (which also showed them for almost same sale price) as the retailers site was out of the size I needed. These seemed to be cheaper quality, but maybe it’s just because they are not real leather. Apparently this specific shoe has issues because they have scuffs as well. Maybe from someone trying them on and wearing them around their house before sending them back? Ugh…unless someone was really going to town wearing them around their house, these shoes shouldn’t show creases and scuffs with a simple try on and walk around. I also originally thought these were real leather as well, especially for what the original price was, but unfortunately they are synthetic. Not sure how long they will hold up compared to another similar pair of NW loafers that I have which are actual leather. These are also a little chunky. If you’re looking for a more sleek loafer, then I would go with a different style. I ended up sending these back because of the price I was charged…apparently after the seven day prime try before you buy they went back to the original price and charged me for that instead of the sale price they were at when I decided to try them. Definitely not worth almost $100 to me. Especially since they apparently don’t hold up well, or maybe I was sent two crappy pairs from two different websites? Who knows. Could happen! Anyways, I hope this review helps you decide if the shoe is for you. And watch out for the price adjustments on Amazon if you do the 7 day “try before you buy.” I asked customer service if they would adjust the price for me as they are back to the sale price that I originally found them for on Amazon, but they were unable or unwilling to do the price adjustment for me. So I would have to send these back and buy a new pair and waste all of the shipping time and fuel that would cost. Not worth it to me. They may have been worth keeping if they would have adjusted the price, but for the other issue with signs of wear, and the cheap quality these weren’t worth the higher price. I buy tons of Nine West shoes, boots and heels because they’re my favorite brand and these are hands down the cheapest, worst quality NW shoes I have ever seen in person and tried on. They run strangely big (never have I had to size down for a NW shoe) and the material just looks cheap. The heel is a cool shape and I love the big buckle, but the rest of the shoe isn’t good quality. It may be comfortable for some since they may stretch out easier since they’re not leather? Just a guess. I would only buy these if they were on sale for less than $50 and didn’t have any signs of wear. Hope this helps! Maybe these are a knock off NW or are a cheaper quality version like you can get from Kohl’s?
