Doesn’t last when exposed to road salt

Looks great when new, but the chrome doesn’t hold up to getting road salt on it in winter months. They only last about one winter, so choose carefully if you live in cold weather climates.

I don't understand the negative reviews. It's metal and it has stayed together quite well. Not sure why people complain about how strong the metal is either. It's not like it's an I-beam. It's great.

I have had several of these license plate holders and this one was not that great. The letters fell off within 30 days. If you pay this much for an item you expect it to last past 30 days. Or at least I expect it to last longer than 30 days.
