Helps my wrists while I sleep
My hands used to go numb during the night. This brace keeps my wrist straight so blood can flow naturally. I've tried many types and this brace has worked best for me!

One of the best braces for carpal tunnel or other wrist problems. I’ve bought 3 of these for myself and this one I purchased for my sister. It is very comfortable plus it works. One other great thing about it is that it can be used on your right or left wrist.

This is the best, hands down
I've sprained my wrist a few times, and this is by far, the best stabilizer I've used. All the other products that claim comfortability made of like nylon or something always make my arm/hand/wrist sweaty and hot. This has plenty of airflow, AND it is more rigid than others so it really helps.

Mueller Carpal Tunnel Wrist Stabilizer ASIN: B00267SFN4 UPC: 074676307015 Item model number: 307 Mueller Carpal Tunnel Wrist Stabilizer Small/Medium - Taupe is listed as Latex Free - Neoprene Free as isMueller 62021 Carpal Tunnel Wrist Stabilizer (LG / XL) . After looking at all these and trying to find it in Small, I ended up with this one, which doesn't say whether it does or doesn't contain latex. When I got it, I didn't bother to read the package, as I assumed it was 'ok' for me. It wasn't until I broke out in a nasty rash and had trouble breathing, that the package was read. Also, the item number corresponds to Mueller's Model #307. Lesson learned, just because it looks the same, doesn't mean it is the same thing! I wore it from when it arrived in the evening, overnight and a small modification made it a really good Wrist Stabilizer (as opposed to a splint which I guess there is movement?). I'm not sure about this exact one, but Mueller lists the ones that I want as being Maximum Support Level, which is what I need. Model #307 isn't listed on their website anymore. I assume they removed the latex and that is the newer model? Here is the link on their website to the one without latex:[...] The modification I made, was to take a velcro strap and attach it around the wrist, which caused it to actually stabilize my wrist. The doctor wanted no movement at all so that the nerve is in total isolation, and thus there will be no pain. Given I have large hands and lower arm, but my wrist are very small, it is hard to find one that works, as they usually cut into the area of my thumb by my wrist, and also allow my wrist to move quite a bit. I am disappointed this one won't work for me, as it seems like, with the modification, this is a great Wrist Stabilizer! Given my experience with other Wrist Splints or Stabilizers, I can tell this is well made and likely to last a long time. Usually I need to replace them because they quickly stretch until they no longer keep my wrist from moving, but I wait until it is as bad as not wearing one. I've been told this isn't acceptible, if I want to no longer be in pain due to carpal tunnel issues.

Does the Job, But...
This brace provides good stabilization for wrist flexion, extension, and lateral movement but little support for wrist rotation, which makes sense. The brace needed padding at the thumb and wrist bony contact points to prevent skin breakdown. I took a few days to increase wearing time and now wear it all day.

Best help for tendonitis
I have suffered with tendonitis for over 20 years. I have tried various size splints and arm sleeves over time. This product helps more in relieving the pain and allowing for healing.

Uncomfortable; not returnable if worn
Based on the brand name and customer reviews, I expected this to be a great purchase. I have chronic pain in both wrists/hands. I wore this brace on my left wrist for a week or so with no discomfort, but I didn't feel that it relieved my pain any more than less expensive braces I've tried. Then I turned the inserts around and switched to wearing it on my right wrist. It was so painful! I gave it several days' try, removed one insert, kept adjusting the brace, but it HURT. It left red marks that lasted for over an hour. I guess the only plus is that my chronic wrist pain became a minor issue when the pain caused by the brace was so much worse! This brace is only returnable if it has not been worn, so I'm stuck with an expensive brace that I can't use.

Fits snugly and provides good support, but choose your size carefully. My wrists are within the recommended guideline for small/medium but it's just big enough for me.

This wasn't the solution for my problem. I had to keep working and this unit was just too uncomfortable and rigid. But for those of you who don't have to keep working and just need a rigid unit to keep everything in position (perhaps a broken bone) then I would highly recommend this unit. Just a warning --> if you have fairly large hands, as I do, you will have a hard time getting into the "small medium" size.
