Great Style

I bought this specific Moen product because of the style, which steps away from your typical bathroom mounts for towels and TP (also bought those). Mounting is pretty easy and straight forward, the attachment piece is actually level (helps with multiple installs of these, but mainly the bath towel one, which I also bought), which is nice in other applications. Like others, I am disappointed in the hollow back. It is obviously to save on material to make these, but I would expect more from Moen. All of my bathroom fixtures and holders (almost all the lights) are Moen, so I'm not going to change that, but this would be nicer if the back wasn't hollow. I think the scraping noise when removing a towel (worse with TP holder) would have been avoided with a solid back. It also isn't the easiest to use, the towel kind of sticks when pulling it out. Could have been slightly larger and would be easier to use. This does come loose fairly easily since you don't always pull directly out when grabbing the towel, so I've had to tighten these up often. Still recommend these due to the modern style, just a nice difference from typical TP, hand and bath towel holders.

Ring doesn’t move

Didn’t like that the ring is fixed and didn’t move. Seems to be the norm with square towel rings for some reason. It was a little narrower than I would have liked as well. Returned and replaced with one that is square on the wall but has a round ring that moves.

Beautiful, kinda heavy or I should say sturdy. Lovely finish that matches fixtures perfectly. We bought the matching robe hooks.

Looks good, but feels a little, well....cheap

Unlike the higher-end Moen group that is more expensive but looks similar (my parents have those), these achieve the lower price by manufacturing it with a hollow-back. If you turn over the tp holder, or hand towel holder - you will find it hollowed out. That makes it lighter weight, and the edges are a bit sharp as a result. So, if you are staging a property - YES, these will add sparkle and high design. If you are looking for something to live with and be proud of, bite the bullet and go with the higher-end Moen line, called 90 degrees.

Good quality but jutting out a bit too much from the wall- hand towels don’t need THAT much room!

Exactly what we wanted. It was cheaper on amazon than in the big box DIY stores. All good. Nice modern design.
