Nice design but it gets stains easily

Love the design and water flow but it gets fingerprints or water marks very easily. You can't just wipe it off. I had to get a polishing compound.

High end styling/feel at a mid-range price

This is a great faucet for the money. We were comparing it to Koehlers for triple the cost and this one is everything that Koehler offers in terms of styling, solid feel, etc. Longevity I guess will be the next test. We have a lot of Koehler fixtures but these guys really seem like they’re giving them a run for their money!

Excellent product

I have been using this since a bath remodel a few months ago. It works exactly as advertised. The water falls from it similar to other Moen devices i purchased. I would recommend it.

So disappointed. Large spots after a single use.

We picked these because we love the design, but the have spots and stains immediately. We have four of them and are so disappointed. Moen offered to replace, but they will not let us get their “spot free” finish because their policy is to replace “like with like.” (I wish I had read the other reviews on this sooner, but saw the surprisingly positive rating and didn't look further). We aren't able to return, so have to eat the cost, buy new ones, and redo the installation. Big bummer. Buyer beware! Not worth the money!

Not the right colour

This faucet is more gold in colour than brushed nickel and does not match my bathroom at all. Unfortunately my contractor did not install it until after the return date so I cannot return it.
