Make sure you get the right head gallons per minute soft medium or hard flow

I like everything about it except for I choose just the low pressure line for water saver. I had to change to a higher pressure otherwise good product

Good Kit.

I bought this for a major reno of my shower. It was the easiest way to get a matching set of decent flow parts in one kit that wasn't a design nightmare. Commercial is not pretty, but functional with a good flow rate. I paired this kit with Moen valves and everything works.

I ordered this as I am a fan of MOEN products. My contractor installed it about a month ago and so far I love it! I did replace the shower head with a rain one and installed a longer shower arm but the handle and everything else that came with it works great so far. I'm happy with my purchase.

Trim kit is fine - we love the ability to have a hand-held shower. If you are considering purchasing this, be aware that you MUST also order a Moen 3360 Commercial Three-Function Transfer Valve, 1/2 inch. Your plumber cannot install this Trim Kit without this Transfer Valve. Also, know that you cannot have water coming out of both shower heads at once with this kit. Only one at a time.

Looks and works great - -more rugged than typical Home units

We put this in our home bathroom remodel. It is a commercial unit but we wanted something that was more rugged than the typical home unit.It looks nice with a brushed nickel finish. The hose on the hand unit is a real flexible hose..not some cheap plastic. We also used the valves recommended and they are solid metal (brass I believe). Our plumber had no issues installing this and the best part is he told us if we ever had issues parts are easy to get because Moen parts are readily available.

I was sent wrong tub spout, NO DIVERTER

Its a great shower setup, just one problem, it came with a tub spout without the diverted, I spent a lot money on this and now have buy a diverted tub spout,,,,,,,,without the diverted shower WILL NOT WORK

MOEN 3360 Diverter Valve not included, No Valve included

Had to order more parts, paid plumber twice as much due to not having what was pictured. So, this is VERY expensive and there are many better options available. For this to work, you buy this kit and TWO valves or you only have water from handheld and not shower head. It comes with the trim but not the guts. I would NEVER order this item again!!
