A CHANGE FROM THE LIGHTS
Have to say, my first time trying a larger pad. I'm a grandfather that loves his beer. I've also got a 4 year old grandson that loves to go to the local park. The trip at the end of our street takes around 8 minutes with he on his bike, me walking. Sure as hell, ... within 10 minutes I have to go. I should know better, but that's beside the point. I was using the 'dribble pads', but was still displaying a wet spot by the time we got home, in a rush, but who wants to read about my bladder problem? These are a bulky item, but they work. It's just going to take me a little bit of time to get used to them, ... as they are way larger than the 'dribble' pads I was using earlier. Pros: Great absorbency with a bit of hesitation to absorb the warm fluids as one goes, ... but it gets absorb super fast. The pads, though larger than what I was wearing takes a bit to get used to, ... as it's more shaped for a women for who cares, as its a needed item, so adjust accordingly to ones undergarment. For the price, ... a decent product from what I can see, and a definite help when one has to go, and has to find a bathroom. Holds at least .5 cup of output, ... and .75 cup when one just can't hold it any longer. The fit is okay, a bit of a front 'bump' when dry, ... not much more after the fact when 'used'. Worth the funds for those like me that have to occupy a situation, or driving making multiple stops before finding a restroom. No matter ones age, when one needs to go, they need to go. Works better than being stopped by the local 'PD' for taking a leak by the road, or worse, exposing ones-self in a so called 'public area'. Not something I'll wear everyday, ... but can use when I think they might be needed, ... ever get a 4 year old to a park who hates to leave? That's what I use these for. UPDATE: 2 DAYS POST RECEIVING I guess I should have known better, buying a pad 'CONTORED' for a females anatomy, but they were listed under the 'MALE' category, ... either way, they leaked this afternoon, from the sides, and I had a large patch of urine within my pants, needed to change 'em out, my pants, not the pad [though it was obviously wet]. NOT FOR THE MALE ANATOMY, ... so now I'll still use them, just to get rid of the supply I have. If you're a male, look for something more structured for the male area. These might work well for females [then the leak factor], they do absorb, ... just not within my male feature [or any other male from what I've seen]. Maybe if we males just directed our 'output' in a downward direction, ... but ''OUCH'', who wants to sit that way? I'll look for another pad that is male worthy.

Defective cotton needs recall
Idk what happening to this products manufacturing but I surely got a bag of defective pads which has half of the pad feeling like stone and not cushioning cotton inside. Half of the pad is hard and unusable. This makes me so mad bc I am frequent buyer and I thought ok maybe its just one or two. But its the entire load bc I started checking after the 5 one hard a big hard spot on one side. This is very weird and I wonder what cause the cotton to be inside to harden like that. Are they expired or were they wet and dried and still pankaged and sold. Ugh so disappointed with this brand the company should be ashamed of itself and I will surely be looking out to sue with the ones I have left if something goes wrong with my privates. Medline brand is used in some hospitals and should not be putting out defective feminine sanitary products like this. Now I'm not sure whether to take any ore chances with this but I ordered a replacement and if it is the same I will be getting the cotton tested and seek a lawyer bc this is dangerous to be on the market. Update: 04/22/23 Replacement is the same. Either these things have moistened together and harden from being old or the manufacturing machines are making a defective product. And bc this isn't being addressed and these items are still passing inspection and being sold to customers and not recalled, I will not be purchasing these Medline products ever again. This is unacceptable. No telling what is wrong with the pad and they have to touch the private area. Yikes.

For incontinence
I don't normally review something I don't use, but my mom has me order these for her. There's so many choices, I thought it my help some one else. I know she says they help immensely. She's elderly and on diuretics, and the mediums do the trick.

Too sticky adhesive
Great absorbency but after using 2 pads and ruining parties because of sticky adhesive, I have to throw away the remaining pads. Regret to have to write a negative review.

Good absorbency but hit or miss adhesive
I had these post partum after I had my daughter. These are the same ones they have me at the hospital and I decided to use them for period care. The adhesive is a hit or miss. Either the adhesive is too sticky and ruined my underwear or they didn’t stick enough and moved out of place. I do wish they were a little longer for a bit more coverage. Over all, they get the job done but I wouldn’t regularly get them to be honest.

LOTS of Sticky❗
Great product but WAY TOO STICKY! I stopped using because it was ruining my panties❗???? Product stays in place and very absorbent BUT left glue beads on my nice (non-cotton) panties. Discontinued use because of this.
