Good towel set
The towels and hand towels and wash cloths are just average everyday towel set. They are not super thick or plush. Great for kids baths. Don't recommend for guest baths. Just not the kind if towels I love.

Pricey, But Worth It!
The media could not be loaded. These are decent towels. Nice and thick. Very absorbant, great feel and thickness. Great color! Also, larger than most other bath towel sets, in a good way. I ordered a few different brands of towels recently, mostly to match an odd blue on something else i own. One thing i noticed on a lot of the cheap towel reviews is the pictures on good reviews were the same reviews and pictures on multiple brands. Most of those do not absorb nearly anything. They do not handle the dryer well. These were a little pricier, but they added performance makes it well worth it. I feel these will easy last more than twice as long as those other halfpriced brands.

Super soft
Super soft, I love it!!!

Disappointed
The towels are rather thin and unraveling a bit after first wash. Also were supposed to be gray but they are lavender. Not worth the price

Nice but
After 2 washes it is already has pulled strings. For the price that should not happen, I do love the color and the thickness of the towels

What comes to mind....
What comes to mind.... ...when I say the word "plush"? In the first bullet point on the product page (when these were ordered) are these words: "These plush Turkish bath towels....." From the third bullet point on the product page: "heavier-than-average towel with excellent absorbency". When you say those things to me, I have a certain picture in mind. These towels do not agree with that picture. The focus of this review is on the bath towel only; if I were to do the same type of comparison (that follows) for the hand towel and wash cloth, I think the results would be similar (and this review would be *way* too long.) Here's what I did... I took the Martha Steward bath towel before washing it and weighed it. I washed it and then weighed it again. Weight before washing: 18.5 ounces. Weight after washing: 18 ounces. Then I went and grabbed three of my other towels. Two of them also Turkish Cotton, the same size (measurements). Those two were a mid level designer brand (Chaps) that are different colors from the same designer both bought at "mid level" Kohls. Keep in mind the comparison towels are easily a year old and have been through several wash and dry cycles. The first weighed 28.3 ounces. The second weighed 28 ounces. So, basically these older towels weigh a full 10 ounces more. The third comparison towel, again same size is not Turkish, but Supima cotton; also has been through several wash/dry cycles. It weighs 23.5 ounces. So, that to say, I'm going to have to disagree with the "heavier-than-average" statement. Maybe they are, but they're not heavier than *my* average. What I will say about these towels is, the touch, the feel is soft, so if that's what you call "plush" then okay, these are plush. Towels are a thing for me. When I meet a goal or hit some milestone worth celebrating, I buy myself a nice towel, or some nice shoes, so maybe my expectations are not the same as yours; the point is, I want my towels to feel like a reward. The lighter weight of these makes them a possibly good choice for a gym or travel towel. The appearance and my perception of initial quality of these towels other than my "plush" issues, is that these are nicely made of quality materials. I like the color, but I would call what they have labeled "turquoise blue" to be more like "icy mint" green. The feel out of the shower is actually quite nice; soft; cozy and yes wonderful at drying me off/absorbing the water. One strange thing I do is, when I wash towels, in addition to a great laundry detergent, I fill the bleach dispenser with white vinegar. As I was drying off I detected the smell of the vinegar. Maybe it's because these are new, but that doesn't happen with my other towels. Honestly, I'm wanting to give these a 3 star rating, but that is based on my definition of "plush" and my preference of a hefty, truly plush towel. I've given these an initial 4 star rating based on feel and appearance of quality. If you define "plush" as I do, feel free to consider this a 3 star rating. I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision. I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

Soft, but not sure it's worth the price
These towels are soft, but not any softer than your typical average set of towels. It's a 6 piece set, and comes with 2 large bath towels. I feel like these towels are bit more pricy than comparable towels. It must be the Martha Stewart brand name. Nobody will know what brand of towels I use, so I would get some no-name towels next time.

Soft, fluffy and absorbent towels
These towels come bound with a lovely matching, blue ribbon and are packed very well. Because they are made of Turkish Cotton, they are very soft and feel pleasant on the skin. After washing and drying them, I just started using them over a couple of weeks and they are fairly absorbent when it comes to daily use and dry fairly quickly. The real test will be to see how they hold up after a month or so of use and a few washes. But so far, they have managed to hold up fairly well and do not feel cheaply made. I would most likely pick up a few more to have matching sets on hand.
