Beautiful minus the insect sewn into it
The quilt is beautiful. Nice quality for the money. But....found a small thumbprint sized black smudge mark. I went to brush it off, and found a dead insect sewn in between the layers. Yuck! I love the bedspread, so I am going to snip the fabric there, remove the bug, wash, and sew it back up. Perfect except for the bug. Gross.

Cute but not durable for a toddler
I purchased the twin size that came with 1 sham. When I first got the quilt, I thought it was so cute and perfect for my son’s ocean themed room. It matched his teal curtains and he loved to point out the fish and coral designs. However, the quilt didn’t feel very soft despite it saying it was pre-washed, so I decided to wash it on gentle and tumble dry low (like the instructions said). After coming out of the dryer, I noticed that it didn’t become any softer which was quite disappointing. I laid the quilt on my son’s twin bed and it was perfect... until I noticed that there was a hole in the quilt! The small hole was not very noticeable, about the size of a thumb nail, but it didn’t seem like it was a rip from the wash because it was in the middle of the quilt and not a rip from the sewn seams. I really wanted to keep this but decided that if it really does tear this easily, its not worth the $50+ I paid for it since I will be washing this frequently (it’s for a toddler that can occasionally wet the bed). I sadly returned the item and did not choose to be sent a new one because the problem is with the durability. I think this would be perfect for a guest room where you would only have to wash it occasionally and can use with a softer bedsheet. However if you are looking for something that can be used alone or washed frequently, I don’t think this would be a good choice.

Beautiful design. Got softer after washing. Other reviews stated that the colors faded after washing- that did not happen with mine. Very pleased.

Lush Decor Sealife
Purchased 2 sets of bunk beds for my grandsons, twins over fulls and thought these quilts would be the perfect accent. They were a gift that I sent to my daughter in another State, but she reports they are great in quality and the color is vibrant and looks like the photo in the ad. The twins came with 1 Sham.. the Full with 2. I think these would be good for girls or boys or even me for that matter. Loved the motif! I think I will look for some fun sealife pillows to throw on the bottom bunk. I never hesitate to update my reviews with useful info should it come up.

A little thin, but nice.
The blanket is a little on the thin side, but it has a nice feel to it and the pattern is cute. I like that it is all cotton (except some of the filling, but your skin doesn't touch that so it doesn't matter.) My only gripe is that I wish manufacturers would stop sewing in giant tags along the hemline. I thought they were the kind you could tear off so I gave it a good yank and they came out alright, along with ripping open the hem. :/ So... I had to quick sew that up, but other than that it held up to its first washing just fine. Good price for a quilt and a matching sham.

Great purpose
The quality of the product is perfect and the colors are rich and vibrant. If there were a criticism I would need to make, it would be the fact that there are no matching sheets. My grandchildren love the beds.

Color has faded quite a bit.
The design is cute, but it has faded quite a bit. After one wash it was already fading. We got two for our toddlers shared room (ages 2 and 4). I thought it would be great for a boy/girl gender neutral theme. My son gets a pretty wet diaper many nights and leaks so we have to wash them at least three times a week. The covers have faded so much that we have to switch to them when they are washed so the difference between the two isn’t so obvious. I guess you get what you pay for. If they didn’t fade so much I would recommend them because I really do love the pattern.
