Incredible action, NOT DURABLE, Fish cannot stay away from this bait..

I saw a three pack of Lunkerhunt top water lures at my local walmart so i picked it up for 14 bucks. There were two ploppers with spinning tails, sunfish and shad and then this kooky frog with spinning feet and a freaking awesome trailer hook setup. I kept the two ploppers and gave the frog to my 13yo. We live in South Broward County Florida aka the Northern Amazon. We have more exotics species than we have LMBs now a days. Well the bullseye snakes heads absolutely CANNOT leave the bait alone. ITS LIKE CRACK. Unfortunately the snakehead is a toothy critter. My son went out after dinner and went out back to the canals surrounding the area and all i could hear is his faint screams of joy.. Well it was either joy or he was being eaten by an alligator. After about 30 minutes he came back to the house, head sunk.. dragging his pole with NO FROG.. lol.. He said it was getting hammered on EVERY CAST. all he had left was a left leg and some wire.. LOL.. He caught 5 big big snakes in the 7 to 9 lb range. Thats all froggy could take. The frog body is soo soft and supple, that the hooks have zero issue setting right in but tears easily. I ordered two more frogs from amazon, one came yesterday. This time I gave my boy my 7.3 foot flippin stick with 65 lb braid. He came home with a whole frog but it took a serious beating.. He said hes never throwing anything other than this frog for as long is he lives.. lolol..

Works pretty good

This bait works but it gets grass and debris stuck in the feet and they stop spinning until you clear the debris. It does catch fish though.

Havnt caught a fish yet...

I want to love this frog so much but I have tried it in heavy Lilly pads.. and it gets hooked up easily. I even tried more open water by shore with no luck.

Nice lure/ bad design

Lure looks fantstic, the action in the water is also beautiful, about 10 casts and the first strike, it lost a leg. The legs are held on by small attachment bars that connect to the main body of the lure, a small tug and they come off. This could be a fluke that it happened. I am having some doubts, by it's construction. Check lure after each retrive.

Its a great lure!!

I see people bitching and moaning about it gets hit but never catches....these people need some help these lure only catch bigger fish ibe never been skunked on one of these highly reccomend.

Best frog ever

By far the best weedless frog ever great action even in open water the only draw back is the trailer hook sometimes get caught on debris but make hook up alot better
