Works well
It takes some getting used to, but it works well. If you’re looking for a new experience, I’d recommend giving this a try.

Battery went bad after 10 months
Like many others, I think it is a great product function-wise but mine is officially dead after a year. If I had to guess, it is because it's not actually waterproof and water got into the unprotected charge port while cleaning, but I am not sure. I used mine regularly and the battery itself held its charge a long time. But after 10 months, it wouldn't stay on for longer than a few second and recharging it didn't help. Honestly I still used it by repeatedly turning it on, but now it is just dead dead. I think the company needs to address what is clearly a common defect in the product, because there are a lot of reviews like mine and at this price point, I expected more longevity.

It was good for the four months it lasted
I've never had this run out of battery, even when I've used it several days in a row without charging (although it will automatically turn off if you go awhile without changing the speed or setting, which can really ruin an O). The suction is, for the most part, great, but if you use it for a bit too long then you might... engorge... enough that the mouth isn't big enough, and it becomes less effective overall, which sucks (but not the fun way). It broke after ~4 months though. The motor is making all sorts of shrieking/grinding noises (not the fun kind), and although it's still partially functioning it's very loud and I doubt it'll last.

WOW. INSANELY GOOD.
When I first purchased this product, it took time to explore and learn how this toy would best please my body. After a little practice and copious amounts of lube, I grew to LOVE this toy above all others. Lube is highly recommended and will make the suction more comfortable. But, this toy does to me in less than two minutes than what any other toy would take 10 minutes to accomplish. When I accidentally tore the lining on the inside while trying to clean the toy, LELO was quick to fully replace the toy free of charge (thank you warranty). Killer product with killer customer service! As for the sounds I see other reviewers often comment, I too have experienced the same. However, it’s a matter of repositioning the toy and ensuring everything is properly lubricated! With the right balance of pressure, position, and lube, this toy is nearly silent. The loundest thing about it is the way it makes me scream with pleasure (to which I can’t complain). (Disclaimer: I never write reviews but this product and company was just too great not to praise!)

Suction power? I'm sorry, but I don't understand how you could get a 'sucking' sensation from -essentially- a targeted vibrator. I heard someone refer to this type vibe as a 'cl** puncher' and i would agree that that's accurate! First of all, you MUST use lube with this. Do not attempt without lube!! It could be dangerous. At first, I thought it was uncomfortable. Yet, it did bring me home. Uncomfortably so, but almost more powerful than anything I'd experienced. It was odd, but pleasing. It gets better each time, after moving past the first awkward, sometimes painful learning sesh.

SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS!
The media could not be loaded. I thought the five star reviews were exaggerating about this product, but OMG. Nothing short of amazing! This is also my first sex toy I’ve ever bought or even tried (I’m 27, late to the club for sure), but I’m so glad I decided to try it. It took less than a minute for me to orgasm on its LOWEST setting. I’m actually kind of afraid to go any higher, this thing will probably suck my soul out my body and I’ll have an out of body experience. It’s intense, and slightly loud, but nothing too over the top. You won’t regret getting this product; just, if you’re a little sensitive, keep it on the low setting ???? PS I attached an unboxing video, as well as me going through the settings so anyone is able to see how it works, the intensity, and the noise level. It’s what I wish I would have seen before I purchased. I definitely do not have any regrets though.

Stopped working within <3 months
This is my second time buying Lelo Sona and it has broken down again. The vibrator is great but just never lasts more than 2-3 months. Very disappointed and will not be buying again, especially because its so expensive.

Do yourself a favor and if you're thinking about buying this, just do it. I have never squirted before this toy. It is an incredible little device. It's not the quietest, definitely want some music playing if you need to hide the noise. I don't even care about the noise personally because this thing is just so great. 100% worth every penny!!

Very effective but too noisy
First gear was more than enough (out of 8!), but I'm very sensitive so it might be different for other people. Real issue for me was that even in first gear it was very noisy... If you don't live alone or want other people in your home to hear weird noises I wouldn't recommend this. Surprising because other Lelo products are very quiet. Shame because it looks cute.
