The box was in great Condition

If your kid loves Lalaloopsy then you understand the importance of the box. The back opens to reveal how to take your doll out and turns into their house. The package came in great condition which was so very nice. This one was on clearance which was even better because they are hard to find for under $20.00. I highly recommend this purchase

To late for Xmas...

First, I need to say I ordered it for a last minute xmas gift. I searched Amazon for dolls that noted it would be here before xmas. I chose many others but after reading when they would be delivered which was after xmas I went to the next one till I reached this one... it said it would arrive before xmas but after I ordered it I received notice it would be late and arriving days after xmas. I felt it tricked me into purchasing it with false advertising about when it would arrive. I didn't cancel it cause I was still hoping it would arrive in time, but Noooo! it arrived in the new year. When it arrived I had already purchased something else for the gift I needed. I opened it and was surprised at the size of the doll, actually I liked it so much I'm keeping it for myself. I bought it on sale so it was well worth the price.. All is well that ends well...I guess!

Broke box and the box its supposed to be used as a doll house

Its a cute doll and my daugther loves it.The only problem is that the box is supposed to serve as a little house for the doll. It even comes with accesories to add to the box to make it look more like a house. But the problem is that the box came broken and it looked like they tried to fix it with a lot of tape but did such a horrible job that at the end of the day it didnt work. So im really dissapointed with that. At least they should write on the description that the box is broken so that we know what we are buying. It seemed dishonest. The only reason why im not sending it back, and giving it a 3 star is because my daughter really loved the doll, even if she cant use the doll house/box as intended. We were thinking about buying more of the dolls but we dont want to get another broken box again.

Amazing little doll! Came well packaged and arrived in perfect condition which was great because the box is part of the gift and is supposed to be used with the doll instead of being thrown away. Great value for money and made a lovely gift for one of my daughters little friends! Overall really happy with this purchase ????

My daughter had watched the show on Netflix we didn't know about these dolls. She hasn't put it down. She doesn't really use the box but it's a lovely addition. Great quality and got it at a fantastic price

Very disappointed in refund process - only partial refund received.

Very disappointed - Xmas gift for granddaughter. Returned in original box untouched. Got only partial refund. I don't understand why? I also had to pay $16 for return shipping. This seems like a rip-off to me.
