Overall winner.

Got my money’s worth with this costume! My daughter wore it 3 different times for Halloween events, including trick-or-treating. Probably the best part is the material. My daughter complains about how things feel against her skin all the time (it’s scratchy, something’s poking, etc) but she wore this costume with no need for a barrier layer. Probably the biggest drawback is that it’s one piece (which is also a plus) but it Velcros closed in the back which makes it hard for kids to get on or off by themselves (think bathroom breaks). Be sure to take the headband out ahead of time and work the spikes to stand up straight -they were a bit smashed from packaging.

Bought for my 8 year old. She is tall and thin and this was quite a bit too big. It does look just like the picture.

Very Detailed

This costume was a lot more detailed than I thought it would be! Everything is just printed on your typical Halloween costume fabric, very thin, but! The design is very crisp and detailed!

Eye-popping!

It's beautiful- the head piece wasn't quite right, but the costume bodice is girgeously printed, and the collar stays up and looks cool. There's room for any kid in it, so I actually had to tailor it for my small daughter, but I did this to where we can release those seams later and enjoy the original costume.

Just a tad to big!

This costume was quite cute for the price! But it did come a little bit big.

Daughter loves httyd series/show, so she loves the Astrid costume. If you use it on Halloween night, note that the material is pretty thin, so another layer underneath for the kiddo would be optimal.
