Plastic Washer too small & directions don't make sense.
Looks nice and very heavy feel. However: 1.) As someone else stated, the plastic washer is misshappen and is too small so the handle has about 1/4" to 1/2" of play. There should be multiple washers of different sizes. I had to manually push the plastic washer to the handle side and then hold it in place with a zip tie that I put around the washer and pulled very tightly to hold the plastic washer in place.. 2.) The disassembly directions are wrong - There is no "brass cotter pin", there is a "set screw" which is removed with the included hex key ("allen wrench"). After you remove the set screw, you unscrew the locknut assembly. NOTE this is a reverse thread so you have to turn the locknut clockwise to remove it from the bracket. 3.) The range of motion is limited, and handle stays "down" until flapper re-seats on the flush valve outlet. This is fine unless you want the handle to immediately return to the horizontal position - in which case this isn't the flush handle for you.

Fun easy way to elevate your toilet
I get a little bit of joy every time I flush with this swanky little handle. I was hesitant at the splurge but it’s sturdy and worth the money in my opinion. Love it for our brass fixture bathroom remodel.

Good looking handle that didn't fit well
The plastic spacer was way too small for my toilet, now the handle can be pulled out of the tank by about 1/2". I'm thinking my spacer was a defect. If not, they should include multiple spacer sizes.

Looks nice, very poor design
After installing this handle three days ago, I am still trying to adjust it as to not have any issues. #1. The spacer that fits on the handle shaft inside the tank is way too short and very flimsy. This defect allows the handle too much back and forth travel , rendering the handle to be very loose. I was able to find a rubber spacer to fix this issue.#2. This handle has no sort of return spring or tension. Once flushed, the handle just sits there waiting for the flapper valve to pull it back down. The previous handle would return immediately to its pre-flush position. this one does not. #3. I am still trying to adjust the arm from the handle to where the chain attachces down to the flapper valve. It must be positioned near the center of the tank to be able to clear the tank lid. #4. The brass bracket that limits the travel distance of the handle arm is a very poor design. Never seen one like this before, probably for a reason. It is almost impossible to adjust this bracket so that the handle arm has either enough clearance to either allow it sufficient travel at the top to allow the handle to flush or the allow the handle arm enough travel on the bottom of the bracket to make sure there is enough slack in the chain to allow the flapper valve to close properly.

Solid Brass--Very Heavy and Durable
This is solid brass--very heavy and durable. The oil-rubbed bronze finish matches our other bathroom fixtures. Very easy for my husband to install four of them on our American Standard Champion 4 Max Toilets. He did have to bend the arm slightly on each of them, which the instructions say you can do, but not until at the very end of the instructions. There was to be a small Allen wrench included, but there were none provided. This wasn't a problem, as we already one that was the correct size.
