A Lovely Faucet

I was looking for a unique faucet and this one fit the bill. It was pretty easy to install for my husband. It took him about an hour. Other reviews are correct in that the screws provided are not long enough for the knobs, but we had a couple we found in the garage so we didn't have to make a trip to the hardware store. Also another note is that the faucet part swivels (that is the way it's supposed to be). It looks great. All in all I would recommend it.

Skip this company and Lowes

This was a replacement for a previous Kingston product. No cooperation from Lowes or Kingston on making good on warranty. They would not honor it even though I had filled all the requirements.

Appealing

I liked this product very well. I had to request the handles thru the actual company, the inside was stripped. They sent them but it took a lot of effort.

Stay away unless you have a hardware store next door.

Good looking but ridiculous obsticals to installation. The screws for faucet knobs were too short, 1st trip to hardware store. Then the factory installed threaded pipe connecting to faucet leaked, another trip to hardware store for gasket/thread sealer. 3rd issue, I thought I was finished but now the factory gasket is leaking at sink drain, back to the hardware store. Hardware store is an hour trip for me....

Buyer beware of awful engraving

I purchased two of these to match my bath tub filler. It feels like a quality faucet (our house is under construction so haven't installed yet) however, it should be noted in the description that they stamp the faucets specs on the front of the aerators. No matter how I try to thread it on, the engraving faces the front. It looks terrible. Really disappointed and told there is no way to get one without the engraving and that no other universal ones would fit their product. Really disappointing.

Nice faucet

Easy to install but had to go buy longer screws to put the handles on. This was a pain because I thought I was almost finished the had to run to the hardware store!! Faucet works well and is beautiful.

DO NOT BUY Wrong Screws for Handle Attachment

I love the look of this, when I received the package everything looked great. I was a little bit concerned about the main stem as it had the tiniest of wobble to it. But after I got everything in I realized that the provided screws to attach the porcelain cross handles were not long enough. I spent an hour looking for directions on how to put on the handles thinking I got it wrong and then remembered to check the reviews here. Seems like others have had the same problem. I won't be going to the hardware store to remedy this though as if they do not have enough attention to detail to put the right parts in a package for many customers I cannot trust their product itself.

it matches my bathroom fixtures

wrong screws were sent with the product so I called and had to write a letter stating what I needed. they were very prompt in sending different ones but these also did not fit. I am using the old screws from the old fixture but it works and I like the faucet.
