Good product overall
I love the look of this product and it's very good overall the only issue I have is with the sprayer. The spare is very heavy for size and gets very hot very quickly if you're running hot water through it. Otherwise I am happy with this product.

Gorgeous old time look and great functionality!
Beautiful and very well made polished brass and porcelain. Glad to have been able to still buy this item and matching others after our original build 23 years ago. Nothing wrong with originals but bought replacements for future. Very reasonably priced. Gorgeous old antique look!

Handsome faucet, skimpy installation instructions
The set arrived in good shape, and all parts were accounted for. I set out to install the unit after carefully reading the very basic instructions, plus some online customer commentary. When everything was in and tightened up, I turned on the water. Yay! No leaks! Now to clear the lines. I opened both hot and cold - no water. Not a drop. WTF? Turned the water off and started investigating. First I removed the ceramic handles, which had arrived with an extra set of bolts, although I had found that bolts were already installed in the faucet stems - a slightly different length, but same thread. I swapped bolts and tried again. Nope, no water. Next I removed the handles again, then carefully removed the valve body. Aha! I just happened to spot the word "cold" on the underside of the piece that I'd removed from the hot side. And sure enough, "hot" was on the underside of the cold side. Very uncool. So I made sure the springs and washers were properly seated, then swapped out the valves. Finally the water flowed like... well, water. And the sprayer worked, too. Now I'm a 78-year-old woman who's well aware of how things work, and I was pretty achy after all that time on my back under the sink, so I certainly don't want any fellow DIYers to have the same problem. Since neither the packaging nor the instructions give the slightest indication which side is which, and the spout will swing 360 degrees, the only way to determine which way the unit should be installed is to disassemble the valve body. Save yourself some aches and pains and aggravation, and check before you start! As you can probably figure out, I deducted a star from my rating of this nice product because of the detail-deficient "instructions" that weren't terribly instructive.

It's like it is made for lever handles but actually has ...
I had a plumber install this faucet and when he was finished the cold water faucet turns in the wrong direction. It's like it is made for lever handles but actually has cross handles. I called Kingston Brass and was told I would receive a part to fix the problem, although that isn't all that much help because I will have to pay a plumber again in order to get that part installed. The part never arrived. When I called again they said they have no record of the call. Kingston Brass customer service is horrible. I won't buy a Kingston Brass product again.

Pretty but not usable with all countertops
I bought these for my kitchen and laundry room but am unable to use them bc my countertop is too thick and they can’t be tightened down. They are very pretty but am disappointed that I couldn’t use them
