I am real pleased that the hot and water spigots are very easy to turn on and off the shower is a little bit tighter my plumber put it in and he had to add a lot of pieces to it to make it work but I think it works very well

WE$ like this unit very much, we just dislike the one handle self adjusting water temperature valves, this company put a lot of intelligence in its manufacture, the design of the fittings were well designed to be a retro fit The only thing I did not like was that the cold knob cannot be reposition to open and close in the expected direction Otherwise and still buy it

Wobbly handles, irreplaceable internal component failed after 2 years

I do like the style, but the handles have always been wobbly (there is some play in them back and forth, even when fully tightened). The rubber boot (part #9 in the exploded view) ripped after 2 years, resulting in "tub-only" water flow (could no longer divert to shower). The rubber boot is not just the cartridge that is easily replaced. This piece could not be replaced from the front, with too little space through the tile and wall. The entire rough in valve had to be removed from the shower stack through the back of the wall access. We ended up replacing it with a different brand that does not use the rubber boot component. I am ok with replacing cartridges, but do not want to disassemble my entire stack every time the valve needs servicing.

Very attractive fittings...

I'm trying to upgrade a vintage bathroom without spending a lot of money and the tub faucet and shower fittings needed replacing. I didn't expect much--they looked okay in the box and the price was right, but they positively sparkle on the wall. Lots of surfaces with the cross handle design to catch the light. Really pretty!

Looks great and feels great

Can't complain. The shower heads are very nice to the touch. There aren't a lot of good looking 3pc faucets sets out there. Everything is going in the way of single shower faucet. The oil rubbed bronze works very well with the concrete tiles. Would look good with all white ceramic as well. Wife and I are happy.

These 3-unit bathtub taps, bathtub faucet and shower head were excellent products.. Very beautiful and sturdy. Unfortunately, they did not fit my tub, so I had to reluctantly return. They are well worth the money, both in style and quality.

ISSUES WITH PRODUCT 3 TIMES IN A ROW

I ordered this product 3 times and each time there was an issue... twice there was missing parts and the other time one of the valves was bent so it could not be installed. I was sent boxes that had clearly been opened and returned...I finally gave up and ordered something else.
