Our 1y.o. loves it!
Awesome for little kids who like to push the buttons and see something happen, but don’t quite understand the “control” part of the remote controlled car. You can’t make it go where you want it to go, but it’s kind of part of the fun. Love that the car is rubbery.

Fire truck version of Chucky
Perfect RC toy for toddlers. Many reviews complain about lack of true control. But this toy is meant for toddlers that can't really figure out the control anyway. So my 3 year old enjoys messing with it quite a bit. The "softness" of the flexible rubber means I don't mind my kid running it into the furniture repeatedly or when he decides to bang it on the wood floor. Finally someone else mentioned the poor radio signal components. I think the receiver must be not too sophisticated or very poorly insulated because the toy will move on its own if you left the power in the "on" position. Since it's not the quietest toy, you may get a big scare if it decides to go off in the middle of the night. It happened to us four or five times already. Freaks me out everytime! That's why this Chucky-fire-truck is getting a 4 star instead of 5. If it decides to start murdering people I may drop it down to a 3.

Quality seems good, and small size is perfect for toddler. Some randomness to directionality, but toddler doesn't mind.
It is small, but I like that, and I think it is the perfect size for toddlers; they can easily pick it up with one hand. It is sturdy, which is also great for toddlers - much better than other remote control vehicles that break too easily. I also like that it is soft, so that it leaves no marks when it bumps into walls or furniture. The only thing that I don't like is that the only control is for reverse and forward, but there is a small wheel in the front that randomly changes the direction, and sometimes results in the vehicle going in circles. My son (2.5 years old when he got this, almost 3 now) doesn't seem to mind at all, but I would rather he learn to use the forward-backward and left-right controls like most RC vehicles have. Since he doesn't seem to mind the randomness induced by the front wheel (you can't see it in the picture, it is small, under the vehicle, and in the front), I would give this 3.5 stars if I could, but since I think he will grow bored with it before he has had it for a year, I am giving it three stars instead of 4 stars.

Remote Truck
When I ordered the truck, which Grandkids were excited about, the picture showed a red truck. What I got was a yellow truck which is the same as we already had. I guess I should had read the description more carefully as the picture did not match the description. Even in this request for a review, it shows the red truck. Everyone was a little disappointed.

Toddlers love these
This basic remote control truck is a favorite of my 2 and a half year old grandson. He was so excited to"make it go" by himself. the remote control has 2 function: forward and spin which is just enough for his coordination. The body of the truck is soft and nondestructive to any furniture he might bump into. Just remember to shut off the battery button on the underside of the truck when not in use to preserve the batteries.

Fun toy for 3-year-old
I gave this as a gift to my 3-year-old nephew. He loved it, and was able to use the remote to spin and move the car. He also liked playing with it by hand without the remote control. The soft texture is nice, and seems durable. I gave the fire truck from this company to my other nephew at the same time, and the remotes controlled both vehicles. I don't think the kids noticed, though, and they don't live together, so it's not a problem for us, though it might be for those who want to use several Kid Galaxy RC toys in the same room all the time.

Safe Toy for Toddlers
Pro: Actually, this product is okay for what it is for. It is for my 1 yr old, and mainly I was looking for something easy to operate and something safe to play with. The outer shell is flexible plastic and won't hurt your kids (or you) when stepped on or trip over. I also liked that it uses AA batteries instead of 9V. Con: One of the button is turn and the other button is going forward. When you press forward button, it doesn't go straight and goes little bit to the side way. If your kid is not patient, he/she can get frustrated by it. Also, I found that the car sometimes moves like 1 sec, even if you don't press anything. Maybe it's using some radio frequency that's very common. But it can be scary at night. At least there's power off button at the bottom.

They love these remote control fire trucks
These are so cute and quite durable. I bought them as a learning tool (about importance of the fire departments). My grandsons are 3 and 1 1/2 years old. They love these remote control fire trucks. I only gave 4 stars because, weather you buy 1 or more the remote works for all. I thought buying 2 together each would have a different code, but they don't. The 3 year old got the hang of the remote immediately and soon realized he could control both.
