Beautiful fountain

Heavy and sturdy. It doesn't spill and has a soothing water sound. It's louder than I had expected. I definitely recommend!

It leaks a LOT-***UPDATE***

I love design, however it leaked like nobody's business! At first I thought it was just splash from falling water, but after about two days the puddle got worse and worse and the water level fell way too quickly and I realized it's leaking from underneath or side seams. I'm going to get some Flex Seal and hope that fixes issue because I do love the fountain! **UPDATE***: I did spray clear Flex Seal along inside bottom base, bought a silicon mat to place underneath fountain (for inevitable splash from fountain flow) AND made sure to use DISTILLED WATER as instructed. VOILA!!! ALL LEAK AND SPLASH ISSUES, SOLVED!! I LOVE THIS FOUNTAIN!! I’ve had it running constantly for about 3 days now, and there is NO pooled water in the mat, nor is there significant splashing from the flow that was occurring when I had just used either tap or bottled water to fill fountain. The fountain I received is NOT plastic and it is the slate stone as advertised. I would give it 5 stars, but for the added labor that was needed, however, perfect Zen now achieved!

It does what I needed it to do

I have no major complaints about this waterfall. Simple to install (with an exception - more on that later), just plug it in and let it do it's work. Really it's not much to worry over, they give you a pile of rocks to hide the inner workings and provide a place for the water to fall. How you position the rocks will determine how loud or quiet it is. I place a small rock on each copper spillway to affect the water flow and change the tone of the gurgling. I can sleep with it on, it doesn't leak, and it does indeed mask the random low rumbling noises that can make sleeping on a hot summer night difficult. Unfortunately it doesn't block the sound of my cat waking me up to feed him - but nothing's perfect :) As for assembly... That pump, the connection between the pump and the hose is the worst designed I've ever encountered. It was pure luck that it stayed attached as I positioned the waterfall 'ladder' on the base. Not deal breaker though - it's not like I'm ever going to dismantle it. Lastly - I have a bunch of pumps from old cat water feeders - I'm going to try them instead of the shipped pump, they come with an external on/off switch which this doesn't have.

Spillway may not line up right

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful fountain. Bought this quite a while ago and just pulled out of box and set it up. Very easy to put together but when I turned it on the water going from spillway 2 to 3 hits wrong and bounces out. I've tried carefully bending the 2nd a bit to hit the 3rd better but it's still going out. It is like the 3rd spillway is not high enough in the back. Since it's been so long since I bought it I've ordered some copper sheeting to see if I can build up the back of spillway 3 some. Did the video and realized the same is true on the last one. Little disappointing due to the price. It is packaged extremely well and it is beautiful. I'm hoping I can make it work.

Really nice fountain

Set this up on my screen porch. Really lovely with sunlight shining through the trees and hitting the copper and water. Almost returned because the pump started to make noise but realized I'd let the water get too low. Virtually silent pump with proper water level. I use my own collection of beautiful stones both in the copper water troughs and at the base and love having a place to show them off since they look best when wet. I prefer a fountain made from natural materials rather than resin even though it makes it heavier. The natural slate is perfect.

Solid indoor fountain! Made with real slate rock!

The media could not be loaded. As a geologist I can tell you this is constructed with real slate rock. Yes the base part of the top portion is a resin but that part is covered by the round stones anyway and doesn't matter, I'm sure saves on weight. The rest of the fountain is indeed real slate, beautiful. Easy to assemble. The small pump does have a water rate switch to put it higher or low flow. At highest flow I find it splashes out too much, I have set my flow to the middle, and has a nice sound and no splashing. Only negatives I can find is ... 1.) no on/off switch but this can be solved by plugging it into a smart plug device and then I just tell Alexa to turn it off or on or set a schedule. 2) the pump motor does have a bit a noise, I have adjusted it to the best I can by inserting the tube all the way up, and not having it touch the side or bottom and that seems to diminish the motor sound to minimum. Overall worth the higher price compared to other indoor fountains made of fake rock or plastic. The real stone construction alone makes it worth it. I've attached a video....BUY IT!

I love my new water fountain

The media could not be loaded. This fountain is exactly what I was looking for. It’s heavy duty and very sturdy, beautiful colors, the water sound is perfect, not too loud but you can clearly hear it, super easy to assemble. It came with rocks but I have also added a few more rocks. I created a little zen spot in my living room with this fountain. I’m super happy with my purchase. The only complaint I have is that I had to order another fountain because the first one I received was very green and had barely any copper colors at all on the stones and did not look like the website photos at all. But now I’m very happy with the colors on the replacement. This is a pricy fountain but I think it’s worth it.

A very nice visual and calming accessory to our morningroom

This fountain arrived very well packaged and the pump was easily attached. Just add water and sit back and enjoy the sound of the water falling. We have it displayed in our morning room where we enjoy our meals and completing tasks at our table. Very calming addition to any room.

Pas fait pour la France

Bel article Mais livré avec une alimentation électrique non compatible avec la France Prise UK/US et surtout en 110V !!!! aucune indication n'était donnée et de toute façon, on ne vend pas des produits incompatibles aux normes électriques du pays concerné Tres mécontent car c'était un cadeau de Noel et qu'il a grillé en 2 s !!!

Easy to install, adjustable sound of water fall depending on the location of supplied rocks. I would definitely recommend this to family or friends.
