Worked great for melting and pouring lead to make my own fishing sinkers.

Decent for small batch fluxing

Holds about 15 lbs before it gets unwieldy. A skillet handle cover buys a few more seconds before the welding gloves get too hot.

Should've checked the size before I bought this.

It is just as pictured but it's really big I was hoping to find a smaller sized one and I didn't notice or cared to check I just assumed it was small to medium-ish sized, that is a mistake on my part but I honestly think it is very big and not very practical for my kitchen I was not expecting to get this size so now I don't have a place to store it also I don't like how heavy it is, makes it very difficult to move around and in my opinion difficult since it does heat up I'm not sure I'd like to get burnt with this... hopefully it will never fall on my feet. No I would not buy this again, check the sizing before buying, I still have to use it though so I will update after I use it and see how it works I don't think it's completely fair to say this before I use it as well but now I am even scared to use it too, cause at the same time I'd say it's a potential hazard with the handle and all and that size imagine it just slipping out of your hands while you pour it.

Tinier Than I Thought- Good Size For Basting!

I bought it to warm soup but it is not a soup pot; perfect size for basting which is what it is made for. I bought another set for soups and other cooking needs. Great price and quality that can be passed down for generations! I bought a set of Curtis Stone a few years ago that warped, and definitely would not last long. I gave them to some neighbors.

great for melting lead.

this pan is perfect for melting lead for whizzeing boom sticks. the problem is for cooking. the finish is so rough. you can not get this pan clean. you would have to grind out with a die grinder to make this pan good. that's what i am doing. very stout and after a good redux on the finishing would be perfect

I am in love with this little pot

I was looking for a sauce pan and this little is perfect to make my sauces in. It’s the perfect size. It holds about 4 cups of liquid so I can let my sauces come to a boil and they will never spill. Easy to wash! Just perfection!
