Be Gentle

First attempt to don the boots, I grabbed the top cinch strap and gave it a pull. The clip went rocketing off into my (somewhat ) cluttered garage. All I heard was a soft plastic "tick" and it was gone. needless to say the odds of finding it rank up there with curing cancer. So I am clunking along like I'm wearing bell bottom pants upside down. Thankfully the tapered ankle and fit are keeping the boot secure. They fit well. They are not overly wide at the sole, so don't create an additional trip hazard. Perfect for wet fall weather doing chores, on the boat or hunting. Love the boot, but the little plastic nipples that hold the strap retainer are about as useful as the ones on my chest. They don't even penetrate the full thickness of the retainer. So be very gentle when you tug on the cinch strap. It is apparently nor designed to take any pressure. I'm sure some day in the not too distant future, I will stumble upon the retainer and my boot will be whole again. Unless my GSP finds it first.

I really like the boots

I really like the boots , very comfortable. There is one thing I’m not liking, they seem taller than normal boots , it makes them a little awkward when driving. Could just be the type of truck I drive too.

Weird fit

So tight of a fit that I had to help my fiancé get them off. Very odd fit in the ankle area. Returned and ordered different ones.

Great value for the money

Boots are a great fit, but with the double heel they are a tight fit getting on and off the first few times. They have been on 3 trips into the BWCA now and have held up thus far. Good feel and warm without being super hot like some of the slightly insulated boots are.
