Fantastic tasting water and responsive support

I installed the PH100 around 2 weeks ago and am extremely happy with it. The water tastes fantastic. It is purified through 5 stages! And the 6th alkaline stage gives the water a great taste. There are no off putting smells or tastes, just great healthy water. Coffee tastes better, tea tastes better, green drinks taste better, and just a glass of crystal clear water tastes better. So I am essentially done with plastic water bottles. The installation took me about 4 hrs. mainly because I don't like hoses dangling so I fastened all of them to the inside of the cabinet under the sink and that takes a bit of time with all of the plumbing and garbage disposal under there, and I like to measure twice before cutting hoses. Expect a few leaks when you install, but you fix them one by one as you go because the install process is orderly via the official YouTube video. The install leaks if you have them are simply connectors or hoses not seated properly and in my case one of the three prefilter canisters was not screwed in tight enough. There was nothing in the install that was frustrating to do. The physical install was straightforward and easy and any troubleshooting was not hard to do. There is a flushing process during several stages of install and after install I flushed the complete system 3x. At my house the tank fills up quickly, in less than an hour, so probably 35-45 min. Which is fantastic. After install I had one very slow leak on the cap of the RO canister. The leak was very small and I called iSpring they send a completely new housing and connector set quickly and at no charge. The water flow from the tank out of the faucet is fast. Filling up for a pot of coffee is a short wait and you fill a glass of water very quickly. And the TDS numbers: Pre: 129 / Post: 19 (because of the alkaline) The PH numbers: Pre 7.5 / Post: 9.7 (the day of install) In the end I am extremely happy that I made this purchase.

Delicious water!

Hubby and I have been talking about getting an RO system for a while and finally we got around to it. We’re absolutely thrilled with our iSpring RO 100! Water is delicious, faucet flow is always consistent and system was a breeze to install! Fits perfectly underneath our kitchen sink. We actually followed the YouTube installation video which explained every step clearly; it probably took us about 1 hr. at most. We love the convenience of not having to contend with 5 gallon jugs anymore (keeping those for emergencies). Above all, we just love having the piece of mind of clean and delicious water right at our fingertips! Can’t speak more favorably about this product just hands down best investment we’ve made for our health!

Great tasting water and higher capacity

Had the smaller 75 GPD system in the last house and loved it, but sometimes I could have used a little more capacity, like when filling up water jugs for camping or a road trip. The PH100 is awesomer it has faster flow and while you empty the 2 gallon tank quick it refills much faster than the older model. This easily handles our family of 4 and our small commercial ice maker. Warning you have to order the FK9US replacement filters the listing incorrectly lists the FK9 filters which are smaller. But Nick at iSpring customer service took care of me and sent the correct filters out free of charge. I love iSpring RO systems and customer service.

ISpring PH100

Recently purchased an PH100 and noticed that it was running almost continuously and using way more waste water than it should. I measured 10+ gallons and called customer support. I spoke with Sean and he sent me a new tank and a 300 flow restrictor to replace the 500 flow restrictor it came with. I replaced the tank and the flow rate increased when filling a one gallon pitcher, but the waste water continued to run. I then replaced the 500 with the new 300 flow restrictor and that did the trick! I currently have the system set up on an outdoor kitchen sink and like using the waste water for my plants. Thank you Sean for your quick response and assistance!

Great tasting water and excellent customer service

Really enjoy our PH water filter from iSpring. We have really bad tasting water and it is very high in minerals. After installing the filter, our parts per million went down by over 200 and the taste was just like bottled water without the hassle of having to constantly go to the store to buy it. The filters that came with the system lasted me for about a year before I noticed the water was tasting more like city water again. I ordered new water filters which I thought were the same size from ispring. I was having difficulty installing them so I called the customer support and Sean sent over the correct filters free of charge. He was very helpful in educating me about proper filter replacement and use. My water's back to tasting like nothing! The cost of the system was very reasonable and the filter replacement is around $30 a year. I have not had to replace the main filter yet as that is supposed to last for 2 to 3 years. I recommended it to my parents and they are going to install it in their house.

From terrible tasting hard water to PURE tasting RO water and ice!! Great Product!!

My area of the country has terrible, hard water that tastes bad and leaves white minerals in your pots, pans and kettle. This was the first upgrade I purchased for my house a couple of years ago and I have enjoyed pure clean water and ice ever since. This is easy to setup and maintain. Anyone can do it and you don't have to spend $50 a month to rent a system from a local water store. After 2 yrs I did have a problem with the old smaller pressure tank and the support from ISpring was fantastic! I didn't think the tank could go bad but unfortunately the bladder did fail and NIck helped me to pinpoint that. I was sent a new tank (its a little larger now) and everything is operating back at peak performance. From 600 TDS in my tap water to a pure 25 from ISpring!! Thank you ISpring for a great product and even better support.

great water taste, reduced TDS, excellent product support

I bought this to replace my old under sink water filter, which did its work mostly to filter out the metal and other harmful materials except TDS (~140+ from the tap). Before started using this new filter system, all my kettles always have a layer of limescale that I have to clean it every month, so annoying and it impacts the taste of my tea and espresso. Now I have been using this new iSpring filter for a month. So far, there is no any visible hard water buildup, excellent filter! the TDS is about ~20 (keep in mind, 6 stage filter restores healthy minerals and a natural alkaline balance, so this is normal), the water taste is certainly improved, especially my espresso, totally a game changer! I did have an issue - the yellow tube was missing from the package. I contacted customer support, they replied back quickly and shipped the missing parts to my house. excellent work, Nick, provided such a great customer service!

Good RO system, easy to install.

Got it recently and i am very happy with the results. Came with all the necessary items and was super easy to install. Instruction manual was very helpful as well. water tastes so much better after going through filter, i was fed up by the tap water clorine levels. i would highly recommend it.

The best RO systems

My third iSpring system that I've installed in my last 3 houses. Very easy to install and offer great tasting water. The system itself is very solid and I've never had it fail once installed. I've recommended this to several people that have ended up purchasing it as well. I had a couple of minor issues with this one (missing tubing in the package), so I contacted customer service. The customer service team, Francis in my case was great in responding and made sure that the mistake was addressed, and I'm once again a satisfied customer.
