For heavy duty use.

I bought this particular RS cover for 1 neat feature...the hole in the center of the duplex receptacle on the right side. This allows for a bit more hold for the receptacle since I plan to use this home made extension, extensively. Well lo and behold, these covers are not as the picture shows. These do not have that extra hole that I so hoped it would have. I will use them anyway, it will still be sturdy enough to use as I plan to. These cover plates are a rare commodity here in my city, and I wasn't about to drive all over town trying to track some down. These will definitely do.

Misleading picture

Similar to what has been mentioned previously by another, the non GFCI side does not have the mounting hole in the center between the top and bottom. While I don't really need this, it was something that I sought out to purchase and because of the picture shown for this product I thought I had found what I was looking for. It was not as it didn't have that third hole for mounting. I contacted Amazon via chat and asked if I had received the wrong item as was assured I did receive the wrong item and the correct item with the third hole will be sent right away. I just received the new plate today and it's identical to the first one without the hole. Not a deal breaker but this gets 3 stars for no other reason than I was assured I'd have what was pictured and that was not the case. Either way still a quality product and without the hole doesn't really make it any less secure than the GFCI side. Happy wiring.

Perfect for my needs!

I'm using these covers in my basement where I can install a GFCI outlet immediately after the breaker so all my load-side outlets will also have GFCI protection. I've used several of these and the quality is excellent!

Not as pictured.

Duplex receptacle side missing the center screw hole. This is s problem if you need to use w permanently installed 6 outlet tap.

Not what is pictured.

Amazon shows the plate having this screw hole. It does not. Sent 2 back and keep getting the plate without the hole as in picture. Other than that it will work.
