Das Halo 6-Zoll-LED-Downlight mit quadratischer Linse kann ohne Gehäuse oder J-Box verwendet werden. Die direkt zu montierende Leuchte ist ideal für Neubau-, Umbau- oder Nachrüstungsinstallationen. Das ultraschlanke Scheibendesign kommt dorthin, wo LED-Dosenbeleuchtung nicht hinkommt. Mit einem Knopfdruck können Sie vor der Installation in Ihrer Decke zwischen fünf Farbtemperaturen wählen, die von warm (2700 K) bis zu Tageslicht (5000 K) reichen. Diese Lichtquelle verfügt über einen LED-Treiber mit 120-Volt-Dimmfunktion. Recessed Lighting of the Future

Installed 3 of these guys in my 10' by 10' office and made a huge difference in brightness. These lights can be set for anything from 2700 Kelvin up to 5000 K color value. The lower values will give off a warmer, somewhat dimmer look. The higher value is more blue in tone and appears brighter to the eye. This value is set on the lamp driver that is installed in the attic so it helps to have the end used watch as the installer advances the color selector in the attic. If you are alone, you can connect the LED to the driver, leave it suspended and switch the value as you like. I chose one down from the highest position. You'll need a 4-1/4" hole saw to cut into the ceiling and it helps to locate the driver unit near a ceiling joist for mounting. Wiring is easier than having to use a standard junction box and fittings and it's UL approved for direct wiring. It is also rated for direct contact with insulation and California Title 24 compliant (energy efficient). The best part is that you can easily replace the LED without going into the attic once installed. These units may last a lifetime. I've changed older LEDs out in our den and other bedrooms since this install. GREAT PRODUCT !!!

Easy and bright

Easy to instal and nice and bright. Can't say anything about longevity as this review is about a month after instal. Would buy again.

Quality LED product

I found these to be quick and easy to hook up and install. They are also very well made and feel sturdy. They don't flicker, all of them are the same light color, and they seem significantly brighter than a double tube fluorescent T-32 fixture.
