If you use these on Trex, you'll still need to drill a pilot hole.
Very good quality screws compared with the regular stuff from Home Depot and Lowe's. They did not sink as well as I would have hoped, but once the pilot hole was drilled........ PERFETTO!!

these were great!
longtime carpenter....and know how to do. But I decided to use these for installation of a hardwood floor in kitchen. I would say, yes it took a little longer, but the overall result was great.

Excellent Quality and price
Love these screws which I use for my TREX covered stairs. Did a big 'stairs' project with TREX and wanted a nice finished look and solid build. I made a template to screw down the TREX, the screws are self tapping go in easy and provide a solid hold. Once screwed in you can barely see the screws. Didn't find anything even close to these screws at HD.

Nice screws. Versatile.
I didn't realize these are good for exterior too. Nice screws. The head is T-10 FYI. They come with their own bit....but it's only 1 bit. You might wanna grab a couple extras. I usually pre-drill when I'm using these screws (certainly on kitchen cabinets or any hardwood).

These are the best available. Had over 3000 screws to drive. Get these. It does make a difference.

"The Super Screw" Its the greatest thing for a trim carpenter since sliced bread was invented!!!! You can make two pieces of trim line up just by turning the screw one way or another
