Fantastic Pan

The first non-stick pan I've ever used that feels like it's built to last, and that doesn't make me wonder if it's leaching toxic chemicals into the food. I've had mine for about three months now, and use it often: I never crank the heat past medium, I coat the pan with a smidge of vegan butter, and I always wash it by hand, and so far it looks and works like it did when it first arrived. It's solid, has even heat distribution, and...oh, yeah; nothing sticks to it. At all. I've used it mostly for Just Eggs®, a vegan egg substitute made from mung bean protein that cooks and tastes like scrambled eggs, and that sticks like crazy to my heavily buttered stainless steel omelet pan; it slides right out of the GreenPan.

I may never cook with anything else!

After much research and thought, I got this to try the brand and this model out. I loved this pan so much I bought a full set and got rid of my "Le Creuset" nonstick pans that were flaking off after only four years, though I took excellent care of them. The Greenpan Paris line cooks well, and cleans well. I experimented with using three in my oven at 350-400 degrees for various foods. Wow, what a great way to bake or roast everything I have tried. I might be able to give away all my glass and metal baking pans, we'll see. I wish they made standard size bakeware, and for now I will adapt the pans I have to the recipes for 9"x9" pans or 9"x13" pans. I hope their performance lasts over many years, and for now, I am feeling a great load off my shoulders because washing them by hand is such a breeze. I will not put them in the dishwasher, though, and I wish they had clear glass lids (kept the ones from my other pans and bought two "universal size" lids for others). Thank you, Greenpan, for lightening my cooking load and making it a joy again!

Great little pan!

I got this as a gift and my friend really loves it. It’s a great little egg/bacon/sausage pan for her. She says it cooks evenly and cleans up better than any of her previous non-stick pans. It’s been almost 10 months and still going strong.

High Quality Non-Stick Pan -- Care Required!

The only pans I own are GreenPans. I was gifted a set by a family member when I moved out on my own for the first time and, after properly learning how to use these, I now have my kitchen equipped with them. QUALITY: I do enjoy that these are non-stick but safe to use and healthy enough to prep food on top of. The pan, like all GreenPans, is heavy to lift. Construction is solid and elegant. The handle never gets hot, ever. PERFORMANCE: Food cooks evenly, pan heats up fairly quickly. The non-stick on this pan is the best... Food will literally glide around the surface even if you don't put any cooking spray on the pan. Wonderful! I especially love this pan for eggs, because it's the perfect size and I can make them over easy without ever breaking a yolk. LONGEVITY: Here's the kicker -- if you do not treat these pans how they should be treated, they will ruin and in turn they will ruin your food. I made this mistake with my first GreenPan. You absolutely cannot use these pans with metal utensils. You cannot wash these pans with anything abrasive, including gentle abrasive on the back of a sponge. You cannot let a meal burn on this pan. You cannot leave grease in this pan for a few hours to clean it up later. These actions WILL RUIN your pan and it will become sticky when dry no matter how many times you wash it. In addition, your food will not cook properly and will always stick to the pan. If you only use plastic or wooden utensils, cook with care and do not burn, and was promptly with a gentle sponge these pans will last you for a very, very long time and you will enjoy the non-stick coating without any problem.

Nonstick that works!

Using for no oil frying and it works great. Dry or with a little water or vegetable broth, heat below medium. Takes more time than using oil but a healthy way to avoid the oils and fats.

This pan is great! Everything cleans off of it so easily. The pan heats up fast and evenly. The handles do not get hot. All around a good pan so far

Sartén genial

Sartén genial no se pega nada, al igual uso una cucharita pequeña de aceite o mantequilla. Para lavarlo es muy sencillo solo lo dejo enfriar totalmente y con una esponja suave y jabón líquido. He cocinado carne, pesacado, pollo, verduras, huevo y nada se pega, cuando frío si se mancha un poco sobre todo las paredes a donde no llega el aceite, pero es muy sencillo de limpiar. Lo único que le pondría un pero esque el mango se calienta y se debe tener cuidado al agarrarlo cuando estas cocinando, pero tan sencillo como usar algún paño grueso. La entrega fue muy rápida. Y otra cosa me hubiese gustado que trajera tapa ????, o quisiera adquirirla por separado pero no sé cuál sea, si alguien sabe si existen tapas para este sartén comentenmelo para comprarla

Muy bueno

No se pega nada, calienta perfecto y es muy durable. Antes de comprarlo, investigué cuáles eran las mejores marcas de sartenes cerámicos y esta marca está entre las mejores. Lo recomiendo.
